Hello. I had a bad experience with the lady who serves. I went to get bread for my family on an electric bicycle. He only opened the door and yelled at me that I couldn't enter with the bicycle! I tried to explain to her that there were 4 or 5 homeless people outside the business, but she interrupted me, shouting again in a rude manner that I couldn't enter with her. He didn't greet me with a “good morning” or a positive attitude. Madam, if you are bitter, you have to put up with it and provide good customer service.

I called to ask about the death toll and they left me on the line, what a rude employee, zero customer service

They have the best bollios with crema and jalapeño, the sweet breads and raspberry cakes are the best. Always fresh and always kind. The prices are very reasonable. ???

My number one place to go to for pan dulce. Fresh every morning that I go. Sweet ladies ,always working. The gentleman is nice as well. They have the original favorites of people . I really like that they don't just have the same pan every single time either. Clean place. Not too small. Not too big. Even when there's lots of others you can just feel the good vibes as if we all are saying Hi, yes I like the pan here too! :) lol. Prices are also great. They also make cakes etc.

I ordered this cake. The lady up front has a terrible attitude and it’s uncomfortable to order. I ordered a pink hello kitty cake and was given an orange one. They didn’t refund me and I very specifically said it was pink. They wouldn’t even give me a lid for the cake. And was simply told if I didn’t like it then next time go somewhere. I went out to buy a pink bow for the cake to tie in the theme. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else

Delicious sweet bread, very easy to get addicted to. But it's worth it, delicious bread.
