My hubby and I are local and celebrated our Wedding Anniversary in Cromwell... We always struggle with food around But once we found this place ... we were hooked! 3 night stay.. and we ate here 3 times!! We had wet burritos for the first time.. tried the quesadilla and loved the breakfast burrito!!! I Loved the outdoor comfy dining.. colorful spot.. Friendly atmosphere...large menu... I am disappointed there isn't a local location đ I think we will be back for date nights! Fast service and to ice the cake, free photos and options for buying them at a low cost. 5 Plus Starts!!!
My favourite bar in Vegas. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the best happy hour around. Food is always really good. We'll be back :)
7/5/24 Hostess walked us to table, put down our menus and walked away without a glance or a word. We watched her do the same to another 6 groups/tables at least.Took a good 20 min at least to get food, although other's seem to come out in a timely manner after us. Bill came and waiter automatically hit the 20% tip button before handing us the tablet (we could change it, but he took the liberty). Overall, 2 out of 5.

My experiences at the Flamingo with the day and night shift Front Desk Clerks is that they have flippant, do not care, not to bother me attitudes. It was the same with communicating with the staff working behind the Rewards counter. And to my surprise the actions of the housekeeping management. A simple request, " We need fresh clean towels". To asking, "Can you please give me clean towels"? To later, "When will you bring the towels"? To pleading, "Are you going to bring the towels at all"? This was the first and the very last time staying at the Flamingo. After all, we deserve and expect good customers service and if this hotel's staff does not get this, then maybe they should get out of the people business.
Great location, cozy atmosphere. I didnât care much for the bathrooms in the GO room- they just had a frosted sliding glass door to the bathroom that didnât lock. Was t horribly dirty but def couldâve been cleaner and updated. Pools are awesome but you have to get there before opening if you want to grab a chair
Stayed here for 5 nights, booked last Xmas, for 2 rooms at end of holiday, they upgraded our rooms, very helpful staff. Lady on coffee stand at night, helpful. Found America very expensive for food & drink. Nightmare traffic too because of F1.
Currently staying at the hotel. Room 8068. Donât ever get this room. Your revelatory number 6 is broken and makes an awful noise that resonates in the room all night. I did not sleep at all last night. Front desk staff member Latoshia (spelling?) is very rude and dismissive of my problem. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there was not one. Spoke to guest relations whom said there was a MOD and to speak to them. I spoke with MOD Jocelyn. She was helpful. Was able to give me a room change but at the end of the conversation she stated that this was a one time courtesy and they usually do not do room changes for noise but instead give out ear plugs. Really?!? So it is ok to have faulty equipment in your hotel and let your guests suffer?? She never once mentioned that she would in addition call maintenance or put a repair ticket in. Not happy with the stay so far. Hopefully the âcourtesyâ room change is better. I will update this after the change.
I recently stayed at the Flamingo for 7 nights in October and honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ROOM: we stayed in a newly renovated Flamingo room, and it was great. Nothing glamorous by any means, but it was clean and suited our needs for our extended stay. My only gripe was the pillows weren't the most comfortable items, but we made do. We did have a pair of friends stay in one of the other rooms offered (fab or go) and they did seem a bit outdated. LOCATION: To me this was the key selling point to the flamingo. Its right in the middle of everything and not a far walk to many surrounding resorts. CASINO: We are not huge gamblers but will sit down at a slot every so often during our trips. I wasn't a huge fan of the casino at Flamingo, but it wasn't bad by any means. On the smaller side which I know some people like. But again, you're not far from multiple other casinos to try out. THINGS TO DO/EAT: Apart from the Flamingo Habitat (which is always neat), the Flamingo doesn't offer much in terms of attractions. However, being attached to the LINQ Promenade, there is plenty to do nearby. The Food Court was not bad... Multiple options to have a quick bite. We walked over to the nearby Margaritaville for a bite to eat was pleased. Also, the Bird Bar is fun little spot to have a couple drinks and even play beer pong if you want. I recommend asking the bartender for any deals on beer. We managed to get Pitchers for $16 only after paying $12 a beer a few times. OVERALL: As mentioned before, we enjoyed the Flamingo. I feel like it sometimes gets a bad rep because it is the oldest resort left on the strip and i understand everyone has different experiences as far as the room they stay in... But for the extremely affordable price and a great location, I would recommend it to anyone just looking for a place to rest while visiting the strip.
I visited this place in 2019 and had a fantastic experience so we booked here again for my anniversary and birthday and this time was not great at all. We definitely will visit other hotels the next time. We paid for early check in and the room they gave us was disgusting. Hair on lien and tables, headboard had food or something on it, bathroom was missing the wall mounted shampoo, no hand soap, toilet was dusty on the top and so much dust on the ceiling. They moved us to a different room which was definitely cleaner. However the floor had a orange stain, the thermostat wasnât working and even the housekeeper tried helping. We paged maintenance and no one showed up and 1 hour passed by. Finally we figured it out but then it keep turning off when we left the room and we called and talked to 5 people and no one could tell us why. Left to buy food and milk and come back to the room and of course the refrigerator doesnât work. Went down again for the 3rd time to in house service waiting in line for the 3rd time for 35 to 40 minutes to find out the thermostat has a sensor and they can not give us an estimate time for refrigerator to be repaired/replaced. So we took our grocery bags and filled them up with ice so we didnât loose $50 in cold food/milk. They tried putting us in a 3rd room at this time and that one was dirty as well. I got so frustrated because I had spent 10:30am to 5pm running up and down trying to get things fixed. So we just end up stay in the clean room with the stain, broken fridge and broken sink (cold side) handle. Left and came back two hours later and the fridge was replaced. Finally. The in-house staff were friendly however they seem not to care and could not give me a answer about anything nor did they care when I mentioned I may look for another hotel. Letâs not talk about there stairwell was disgusting with trash all down them. I have videos and they will not let me load as they are to long.

I have stayed at the Flamingo at least 10 times in the past and it was always my place of choice I have not been to Vegas in 12 years but wanted to celebrate my 70 th Bday there with entire family Reading many bad reviews about the Flamingo I was concerned but wanted to stay loyal It turned out great in all aspects Casino, room, Housekeeping , cleanliness , and the proximity to the Linq entertainment area No complaints about anything for a fantastic 70 th birthday at Flamingo!
The only thing going for this is location. Mid strip, couldnât be better. Actually the staff were very nice too. The rooms suck. We were in room 22080, my cousin in 22054. I donât know the last time maintenance was done. Iâm sure they donât either!! There is black mold in the shower that we never saw till morning and we were showering. We only stayed 1 night. Paint peeling off the ceiling. There was a black square in the bathroom mirror. I asked the housekeeper what it was. She said a tv but itâs broken. Ok. Never again!!!
Let's start with the cab dropoff from the airport and the ensuing 14 minute walk to the check in desk and lugging 3 suitcases up the escalator because elevators broke. We looked forward to seeing our "renovated room". If this was the renovated room, I'd hate to see one that is not. A/C was loud and sparked as compressor clicked on. it was either very hot in room or very cold - no middle ground. The bathroom "door" was a wood sliding panel unable to be locked. The bathroom side of the panel was unfinished and had long black hairs stuck to it. Neither my wife or I have long black hair. The shower door was a fixed glass panel that allowed more water on that bathroom floors than in the shower. Of course, no soap or shampoo. We asked for coffee packets and was told they are for VIP guests. No hot water one day. And now for the cigarette smoke that hung over the hotel like a blanket. Worst of any of the hotels we visited. Etc., etc., etc.
About a ten minute walk from cab dropoff to registration desk. we had 3 suitcases that we had to take up an escalator because elevator not working. If our room was renovated as we requested and paid extra for , I'd hate to see an unrenovated room. no bath room door , just a sliding piece of wood mascarading as a door . Inside of "door" was filthy with long black hairs stuck to unpainted finish. No way to lock this version of a door. The shower had one fixed panel of glass which left most of the shower open and quickly flooded the floor. Glad I always ring my own soap and shampoo because there was none in bathroom. And now to the cigarette smoke that permeated the entire hotel. worst of any hotel we visited by far. We had a guessing game each morning as to how many of the escalators were out of order ( kind of important to someone with hip replacement). Etc. , etc., etc
The beans and rice were very bland, I think Charlie must have made them. The tacos were small but were good. The price wasn't worth the portion size or the quality of the food.
