More than authentic carribean/american food. Ingredients were super fresh!! Food is better than the hotels offer. I ordered peruvian quinoa salad wrap and hibiscus/pineapple/ginger juice. The sauces that went into the salad, is out of this world!! I can’t put a word to the flavors I experienced. All juices are freshly squeezed. I have travelled across US and I have not found a wrap so delicious. I’m sure to visit again and bring more people with me. Don’t miss the chance to try this spot out.

Highly recommended to all who seek amazing flavors, fresh ingredients and masterful preparation! When you have a chef that cares this much about the quality of his fare, it really reflects on the final product! Love is the key ingredient missing from most food establishments, but not this one. Attention to detail is apparent throughout the whole operation. The diversity of flavors and selection is almost as refreshing as the juices! Kudos to the Chef and his Island Deli team! ? ??

Truly the best poke I've had in Vegas! The owner is awesome and explained the whole menu to us also and is super friendly.
I'll be heading over here whenever I want poke now.

EDIT: we were waiting for our ride and the owner offered us some flan on the house ? the food is amazing and we get so welcomed here!! The reviews aren’t exaggerating — one of the best wraps i’ve ever had!! I got the jerk chicken #13 and the portion was huge, and flavor was incredible! Truly a hidden gem

Hammer Geil, Haben den Laden zufällig entdeckt als wir in Las Vegas waren. Die Salate sind riesig und sowas von frisch. Da lohnt es, sich die Mühe zu machen und sich ins Auto zu setzen um etwas dort essen zu gehen. Der Chef und das gesamte Personal sind total freundlich und wir haben nett miteinander geplaudert. Was Essen betrifft war dieser Laden eine Highlight auf unserer USA Reise.

Can't recommend highly enough. Owner greeted us with a smile and cheerful hello. Asked if we'd been in before (we had not-- just visiting for a few days), and then proceeded to walk us through the menu and told us about some sneaky "off menu" orders they do, too. We got three sandwiches, two lemonades, and a smoothie. These sandwiches are big, fresh, and tasty!
While we ate, a few other customers came in and got the same cheerful greeting we received. We could only finish half our food, so we took the rest to go. The owner and the worker back in the kitchen both wished us a happy goodbye. This guy puts so much passion into his business. If I lived here, I'd for sure be a regular. My other half sandwich was just as good the next day!
If you're up for a good sandwich in Las Vegas, you could go drop $10-15 for a junky sub at some chain, or you could spend the same here, support a local business, and get such higher quality food. Give this man your money!!!

Holy smokes this place is the real deal!! Delicious food, the sweetest people, and (to a non Hawaiian native so grain of salt ) authentic recipes. We arrived to an empty restaurant which was okay but this place deserves to have all the business. 10/10 will definitely be back for more jerk chicken ??

Kid-friendliness: Took my two kiddos in, they offered free drinks and stickers to them. Nothing but kindness radiates from this spot!
