Bomb!! The fuikake chicken was on point! So was the kalbi, and the katsu chicken was krunchy and moist. Great Rice. Spam musubis were yummy. Mac Salad was bangin... well balanced-not too sweet. Everything had great flavor and portions are legit ?

The food was good, however it took a long time to get my siamin soup.
Since it took so long to get our order to eat inside the business, I quickly placed in order to go.
We were done eating inside . I kept wondering where was our to go order. I was watching the counter. It sat out there for a good five minutes
The Hispanic young lady does not pay attention to the food That's coming out from the cook. The cook was doing a phenomenal job trying to keep up only to have the food pile up.
I will not be coming back to this island flavor it's unfortunate because the food is really good

Slow service, unprofessional conversation (cussing) going on behind the counter, food took 20 minutes (Mini Teriyaki chicken) for one plate lunch, Mac salad tasted rancid, not even a full scoop of rice, not even a full scoop of Mac salad. Nothing like the one on Durango but it should still have the same food quality and service.

Wife bought me the teriyaki steak, all rice. The steak, what was not gristle, was good and tender. Unfortunately about a1/3 was gristle. Hope they sort this out as I hate to see them lose business and close.
We are patrons of the former location at Sky Canyon. Today was our first time visiting the Summerlin location where the Sky Canyon location supposedly moved to.Food tasted fine. We do recommend they put a little bit more soy sauce when they fry the pork fried rice. It used to be less dry before.Our wait time at this new location was a little longer than normal, and we were surprised that the food was not carried to the table the way it used to be at Sky Canyon, especially when we did leave a tip.We also remember Fountain water at the former location being offered to us, which is what we thought we got this time and then we later looked at the receipt and realized that we had purchased 4 bottled waters. So it would’ve been helpful for the counter person to tell us fountain water was not available abd that we would have to pay for bottled water.Extra paper plates were not available for a family of four so they gave us an extra to go box which was reasonable.The seating at the new location is not suitable for larger parties. We were four people so we had to split two tables that held two people each.We miss Rai from the old location. We were told that they were working here so that’s why we came.All in all, we enjoyed our visit and they checked on us several times to see if we were OK. I guess we just were used to a certain experience that wasn’t fully there this time.

it is unacceptable to think it is okay to run a deliveries out of your restaurant without proper cups that have lids that fit or even cup holders. what am I supposed to do with four drinks in my car as a delivery driver and the lids don't even fit the cups? I will gladly change this review if it was an accident or someone forgot to order these things but it seems like they never have these things and the cups never have fitting lids so you need to do better on that spend a few extra cents on quality items because I will never be picking up from this place again and risk the inside of my car with your poorly fitting cup lids and no drink carrier. I would love to reply back so I could change this review.

I love this place, and I love it even more since they moved to a location that I drive by on my way home from work.Everything I’ve ordered has been excellent. The macaroni salad was s fire and the fried rice is scrumptious . They need a Keith Lee experience to lift them off into the stratosphere! The food is just that good. Oh, and the portion size is on point too! You’ll love it. Try it I dare you!
