I recently [August 2025] returned to this all-you-can-eat Japanese sushi type restaurant and the food quality has definitely declined. It is not bad, but definitely not good.
When they opened, the cuts of meat and fish were really good. Now it is mediocre at best, sad to say. The sushi is not that fresh and cuts not best quality.
I will not return for $27 basic menu per person and about $35 for so-called upgrades.
They also stopped selling draft beer of any type.

This place was pretty decent as my first time visiting. The food was very good and they don't bury you with rice when ordering the nigiri. The service however was pretty slow, slower than most place. Initially, our order of nigiri did take a while for it to come out. Our server was nice, but often, we did have to stack our plates to the side to make room for new plates. Overall, the food was on par, therefore I believe it's reasonable to give it 4 Stars.

Food is great, staff is attentive, you don't have to get up out of your booth to get your own drinks, and they serve alcohol.

Great find! This sushi spot offers amazing value with their deal - buy 2 sets of rolls for just $15! Perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal. Their music is the best 👌🏻

I recently visited It’s Sushi and overall had a great experience. I’m giving them 4 stars because while it wasn’t absolutely perfect, it definitely exceeded expectations in several key areas.

The all-you-can-eat concept is executed really well here. The variety of options on the menu is impressive, ranging from classic rolls to nigiri, sashimi, and some fun specialty items. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and presented nicely. You could tell that the ingredients were good quality, especially for an AYCE spot. Sometimes at places like this, the fish can be hit or miss, but here it was consistently good across multiple plates. Standouts for me were the salmon sashimi, the crispy rolls, and the baked mussels.

The price point is also very reasonable. For the amount and quality of food you get, I think it’s excellent value. It didn’t feel like they were cutting corners just to make it affordable—everything from the rice texture to the plating showed care.

The service was also quite nice. Staff were attentive without being overbearing, and they kept things moving efficiently even when the place got busy. Our server made good suggestions and checked in frequently to see how we were doing.

Would I come back? Definitely. It’s not high-end omakase, but for a casual sushi night with lots of variety, good service, and a fair price, It’s Sushi really hits the spot.

We have been coming here for years. It is very consistent good quality AYCE. This location is much better than the Spring Mountain restaurant. I feel the servers here are more attentive and the restaurant itself is cleaner.
Jenny is the best! Definitely ask to be seated in her section.
The portions here are just right for AYCE. And they let you do half rolls from the beginning.
It can get a little noisy. And weekend nights you'll have a wait for parking and a table.

Fire the greet and seating staff.
We were there on father's day, and this is what happened.

We waited 37 minutes to finally get to number 1 on the waiting list. Then.....

After getting to number 1 on the list and we watched her wipe menu, wipe screen, seat other people for the next 13 minutes.

After 3 other party got seated.. we was like why seat them not seat us as number 1 on the list, so we had to find out why..

When we inquired why number 1 is not being seated, she said she was waiting on the booth to seat us. But then the 2 booth were open the entire time we were there and we were anticipating to be seated that is why we were looking at the tables and where we may be seated... and she proceeded to seat us as we inquired about it which means she could have seated us the whole time after we got to number 1 on the list, but instead, she decided to let us stand there eager to be seated and looking at her. I think she has a power trip over that and she would wipe menu and waste time just to mess with us.

We like the food but had to leave 1 star review because of the staff.

Whole restaurants of empty seats and we are waiting on the host to wipe down the menu and taking her time. Food is good, but service could be a lot more efficient.
