My visit to Izumi was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment me and my husband sat down, the service was slow and unorganized. We waited a long time before anyone even acknowledged us. No one asked if we needed drinks, refills, napkins, or anything. We sat there watching other tables get attention while we were ignored.

The food was great and my 3 granddaughters loved watching the chef do the cooking in front of them and making my granddaughters laugh. We all enjoyed our dinner and the entertainment. Will plan the birthday girl dinner here.
