We went on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate a friend’s special birthday, we ended up staying 4 hours. The food was amazing, we knew everything was going to be superb soon as we tasted the rice. The drinks were unique and tasty. We were planning to take my dad to a seafood restaurant the next day, however we had such a great meal we cancelled those reservations and brought the whole family, he was blown away. I asked my husband whose birthday was in a couple weeks do you wanna go here or your favorite steakhouse, he said Izumi without any hesitation. Be sure 2 ask for Ken as your server and Batman as your chef. The best times to go are Saturday or Sunday afternoon when they are not packed. This is now our celebration place!

Very warm atmosphere and you could tell other customers were happy to be there. Sushi is the best I’ve had so far in the Henderson/Vegas area and pretty affordable. This would be a cute date spot! Highly recommend.

Izumi Steakhouse, hands down, is my absolute favorite teppanyaki spot in town. I mean, what’s better than having your dinner cooked right in front of you while you dodge flying shrimp? And let’s be real—catching it in your mouth is basically an Olympic sport I’m training for. The fact that this place is close to home? That’s just the cherry on top. I could probably roll there after overindulging on steak, chicken, shrimp, or scallops and fried rice, and still make it home without breaking much of a sweat. The food is always on point, the chefs have the kind of knife skills that make you wonder if they moonlight as ninjas, and the fire show? Let’s just say it’s one way to keep my eyebrows freshly singed. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a random Tuesday, Izumi is always the answer. My taste buds demand it, and my GPS is thrilled with the short commute. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Great place. Small but clean with a nice atmosphere. Food was good with a decent variety. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly.
We came here to celebrate my Mom's birthday and they made it a SUCCESS! Our cook AHOLA was 10/10 With the vibes okay!! The drinks- margarita was great, however the food was just eh on the small portion size for the rice and no seasoning at all on the meats (not even the usual salt and pepper combination). The golden California fried sushi was DELCIOUS!!

Been wanting to experience Hibachi since I’ve only been once but it was so long ago. It’s a lot better with a big group because the chef really makes it a big show but since it was just the 2 of us it was still fun to see his skills in cooking. They even had a robot that lead you to your table and even had a karaoke machine! We ordered the filet and the halibut and both were so good and they give a lot of food! The filet was so tender and so soft. The fish was very filling too. We had fried rice, side of salad and soup and lots of grilled veggies. I had plenty leftover for sure. It was so nice to have the table to ourselves, got there at a time that wasn’t so busy. The drinks were yummy!! Everyone was nice there and would definitely recommend going here! I also loved the fact that they had sushi selection! What we ordered was good!!!

The food was so good and we enjoyed our chef's entertainment. My boys ordered sushi and i shared my lunch portion and it was enough food. They did add a service charge that was a bit confusing and my husband never asked about it.

We absolutely LOVE Izumi! We frequent this place and love our favorite waiter, Ken, and favorite chef, Batman. The Manager, “O,” is always there to ensure things are taken care of. Thank you all for continually providing excellent food, service, and a fun atmosphere! They always take care of my food allergy issues with their gluten free soy sauce!
