We left! The staff was not friendly and unprofessional, we ordered drinks and before we ordered the food we decided to leave. Such a waist of time and so sad for the business and the Jack Binion’s brand…

Prime rib was standard, not great. The crust was overdone and lacked a good seasoning. The meat was tender but not melt in your mouth, like you would expect with prime rib. The Au Jus was nothing above par. Our sides, parmesan brussel sprouts and smashed potatoes were wonderful. Neither lacked seasoning or flavor. Portions were generous. The potatoes came with a chimichuri which we ordered on the side. We were glad we did as the flavor profile of the sauce made little sense and did not enhance the potatoes flavor. For dessert we ordered the mixed berry cobbler. DIVINE! It was the star of the meal and we highly recommend. Service was impeccable. Given the number of great steakhouses on/off the strip, this would not be our first or second choice.
jack binions at horseshoe las vegas should be shut down!!!! there are old retired waiters serving tables. I asked waiter about my celebration dinner and said yes I could use it .After dinner he said I didnt have it . For a steakhouse it sucked old and dirty floors .Since they changed from Ballys to Horseshoe only the name was changed ,nothing remodeled. sevice sucked food sucked.
Menu prices on their website are not listed nor on the menu displayed at the restaurant entrance. You do not find out until they hand you the menu at your table. Menu prices are overpriced when compared to other Strip steakhouses when you consider quality of food, selections, service and restaurant ambience. I would suggest finding another steakhouse in Vegas such as Bavette's or Golden Steer; better value, better food and better service
Dirty dishes were not removed from table. Finally had to request that they be removed. Bloody Mary Wedge Salad was BIG disappointment. Had 2 tiny pieces of cheese. Nothing special. Only good aspect was a very nice waiter. Will not return to this restaurant.
Had a perfectly cooked steak, great brussel sprouts, large portions.
On weekends you're probably better off with a reservation, but there are places like that too.
I agree with everyone that the price-performance ratio is not suitable at all.
First of all, a large bottle of water, whatever else as a single person.
Then ordered a small Ceaser Salad, 10 leaves of Romana Salad were brought in and a large one was collected.
The steak was so overpriced that the cook also fried it as well as it could.
$90 without a side dish which costs $16 per DISH.
THEN drink so you can quickly get to over $100
All in all, not recommended with the stars.

Binion's is outstanding. We first dined at Binion's the second week it opened and have returned every time we visit Las Vegas. On several of our 4-night trips, we have eaten there twice. It is that good! You are missing out if you have not tried it. My husband and I share the Caesar salad, the queen-cut prime rib, a side of mushrooms and a side of string onions. We used to get their tator tot casserole, but that has been replaced on the menu with string onions which are also delish. Their prime rib cooked med-rare is the best in the city. It is very flavorful and melts in your mouth. The banana cream pie for dessert is a must. Our compliments to the chef and his staff on our always-fabulous meals. We have never been disappointed. We request Hugo for our waiter. He is awesome. He just celebrated 50 years of service there (including previous restaurants in that same space) a few weeks ago. Happy 50th Work Anniversary, Hugo! Side note for Caesars Seven Star folks: Not only does Binion's accept your celebration dinners, but also your daily $10 food credit and your daily drink comps. Few Caesars restaurants still accept those drink comps.

Duff was our server and he was incredibly personable, attentive to our needs and professional. I appreciated the time and patience he had with my parents. It was worth every penny.
The food was pretty good overall. Caesar Salad was good, two of us had the filet and they were good. My dad ordered the Ribeye and it was not a good cut of meat. Too tough to even eat really... the smashed potatoes were really good, the creamed Spinach not so much.. we all three had dessert and they were good but 19$ each is pricy.. had 3 drinks and the bill was $800 with tip... way too much for this experience
My boyfriend and I had a terrific server, and were both really looking forward to our meals. His scallops were delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. My salmon unfortunately was slightly overcooked; even the crispy skin was more on the burned/charred side. It wasn't unpalatable, though, or dry. On another positive note, we both really enjoyed the smashed potatoes; I could have eaten a bowl of them. I'm sure we'll be back in the future to try other dishes.
The person at the front desk when I arrived seemed a little stuffy when I arrived until I told him I had reservations and would till the other guests arrived. He was more pleasant when within a minute they were there. Also, your potatoes did taste or appear as described. Not mashed or chiichura
Our server was very professional. However, the cook made a huge error with the $96 Ribeye I ordered. It was simply a poor cut of meat that should not have been served. The server did his best to cover the big mistake, so this is not on him. That said, I think it would have been appropriate for the manager to come over and speak to us and to at least comp us something for this very expensive meal ($300 for two people). My mom had already finished her dinner when the salmon (2nd order to replace the ribeye) was served. I was so very disappointed. The salmon was supposed to have crispy skin but that was not the case. I was unwilling, though, to send the salmon back. I just wanted to leave at that point. I felt very disappointed because I wanted this dinner to be wonderful. My mom and I visit Las Vegas each July and try to pick wonderful restaurants. This was a big surprise for us. We had enjoyed the most wonderful mean two days earlier at the Strip House in Planet Hollywood (and that amazing meal did not cost as much as our Jack Binion's meal). We will not be dining at Jack Binion's again.
