Prime rib was standard, not great. The crust was overdone and lacked a good seasoning. The meat was tender but not melt in your mouth, like you would expect with prime rib. The Au Jus was nothing above par. Our sides, parmesan brussel sprouts and smashed potatoes were wonderful. Neither lacked seasoning or flavor. Portions were generous. Binion's is outstanding. We first dined at Binion's the second week it opened and have returned every time we visit Las Vegas. On several of our 4-night trips, we have eaten there twice. It is that good! You are missing out if you have not tried it. My husband and I share the Caesar salad, the queen-cut prime rib, a side of mushrooms and a side of string onions. We used to get their tator tot casserole, but that has been replaced on the menu with string onions which...
The food was pretty good overall. Caesar Salad was good, two of us had the filet and they were good. My dad ordered the Ribeye and it was not a good cut of meat. Too tough to even eat really... the smashed potatoes were really good, the creamed Spinach not so much.. we all three had dessert and they were good but 19$ each is pricy.. had 3 drinks and the bill was $800 with tip... way too much for this experience
