Tacos were delicious - they generally are from this location. (Not all Jack Box's are created equally. The food quality can vary tremendously) Onion rings were also tasty as 'you-know-what'!!! Hot, crispy and cooked to golden perfection. Omg, I almost forgot - I got the 2 for $3 breakfast croissant sandwich.... I died. Like, dead. They were still delicious even AFTER they got cold. I was pleasantly surprised. The service by the staff was also impeccable.

Consistently lower quality lettuce and bread on burgers compared to the 3 other Jack in the box locations I frequent. I go to this one the most because it is closest. The lower quality is CONSISTENT. Breakfast sandwiches are perfect though.

I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location instead of another location and I tried calling numerous times to fix it but it goes straight to voicemail with no way to leave a message.

I ordered a iced mocha coffee and it tasted straight up like chocolate milk, so I went in and spoke to Myra and told her I know mocha coffee is made with chocolate milk but it had no coffee or mocha taste and her response was, we don’t have chocolate milk do you want something else then? She was very insincere, it was just a crappy experience. Then she replaced it with a vanilla coffee and it also tasted terrible but I just took it and left.

This morning went there for a ultimate breakfast sandwich as a lettuce wrap and a load breakfast sandwich. The lady on the drive thru did not give us a receipt and gave us the wrong sandwich with entirely to much mayo. Also no one is answering their phone and in couldn't go back because I was on my way to work. Completely disappointed because this use to be my favorite

Everyone in the store were angry due to inefficient and lack of menu staff. I asked them before ordering that does the food contain meat and he said no but it had meat in it. When I went back to show him he was like sorry i did not know. Are your serious? You should have told me that before!!!!

First the doors wouldn't open and the manager or supervisor saw me struggling and didn't bother to help me with the door and I thought the dining area was closed til another customer pulled the door open with force. It was on September 15 at 3:45pm. Then I ordered the mini churros and they had the taste of tacos and curly fries, disgusting. I wouldn't order those again. I think their oil was dirty.
