Awesome staff and great attention to customers orders! This jack in the box has surprised me everytime I've come eat or take out here (5 times) they always are quick and make sure order is correct. Today I the egg rolls and shake with curly fries.... Let me just say they did everything fresh to order so my food was nice and hot while also having the perfect crisp on the egg rolls! Shake almost didn't make the pictures because it was so good!

The worst experience was that I ordered tacos without sauce, they gave them to me with sauce and they were straight from the refrigerator the tacos were cold I ordered 3 orders and had to throw away half of them. I ordered Curly Fries, they gave me fried fries, I ordered the hamburger without onions and they put them on. Advice: the customer is the one who keeps the business going. If you have employees who don't know what they are doing, you have to be more attentive. A bad review can turn into a headache. No worries last time I went to that location

So I drive a cab in Las Vegas I work 12-hour shifts and I don't have a car so I'm on the bus so after a long night of working 12 hours I get on the bus to go home I take Decatur to Sahara I get off right here it is 7:00 in the morning Google says the dining area is open at 6 a.m. the window also says 6:00 a.m. for the dining area I'm not on the door they have it locked they're refusing to serve me I'm hungry and I have money but I can't eat because the employees and Jack In The box on Sahara and Decatur refuse to work but they're getting paid

Good service. Fried eggs were over cooked though. That hard brown plastic around the edges and the plastic patina that goes with people and cultures that cook their eggs well done. That's not the Jack in the Box way though. I've been eating breakfast sandwiches there since the 70s

Apparently, this place is now making you place your own orders at a very small little kiosk they have, this is causing timely delays waiting on people that don’t know how to order a combo spending 20 minutes in line waiting for one person to place an order it is ridiculousthat in the back to help and have an attitude not coming back here again.
