Poor and miserable service and the drive truh is sux 20 to 40 minutes waiting time
Staff needs retraining messed up order. Reason was the food preparation worker could only speak Spanish.

Waited for about 30 mins for food outside , they gave the order to the wrong person and still had to wait more additional time . Poor customer service !

Don't use the drive through! They are SLOWWW... They make you wait to place your order and then make you reverse away from the window. This place is the only JITB that seems to do... Sooo frustrating! 25 minutes for a burger ordered ahead on mobile is absurd. They also barely put any sauce even though I paid for extra and there were no onions! Last time I go to this branch!!!

Horrible horrible jack in the box! The staff had attitudes, they got my order wrong and got mad at me for it. Everytime i go to this Jack in the box they are always slow and very rude customer service and forget items. This location has previously gotten me sick but i continued to come thinking they would eventually change their staff and food quality but no they are just disgusting! The african american man with glasses and very long dreads is so very rude and needs to find another job. He does not listen , kept rolling his eyes and giving attitude. If i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Normally always come here order thru the mobile app and pick up in drive thru, last night i placed a pick up order thru mobile app for drive thru since the lobby closed in less than 7 minutes, when i got to the window the worker that night (never seen him before normally is older mexican woman or young kids) proceeds to tell me that next time place my order for pickup bc the amount of time it takes to prepare it runs the stores numbers up? From a customer/ex fast food worker pov how is it any of my concern what your system does, and there wasn’t any other cars in line? And I wouldn’t even have wrote this review if it wasn’t for the absurd amount of sauce they put on my TWO spicy wraps and no jalepenos? , i asked for extra sauce and ended up wiping it all off before i could even eat. If you’re gonna be suggesting “tips” abt the way ppl order in the app when they were trying to be considerate to the workers, at least do ur job right 😹.

The worst service, every time I visit it’s something new and strange, they completely forgot my order several times, after I paid for it. They mishandled my food with no gloves on, when I mentioned this to them they encouraged the customers to attack me and followed me to the car, I believe their prejudice. I never thought I would need my second amendment at Jack-in-the-Box

Drive to place and actually have to have friend drive due to being stuck working. He goes there to be told that they are closed because updating ..and all other jack n boxes are closed also. What kind of moron would schedule this at night to all of them. And not spread this out over the days and really why couldn't this be done in the afternoon. Or due one drawer at a time not all of them. Waste of time and money. Won't be going back

Drive thru is okay but a female worker sometimes takes too long to get to me, this place messed up my orders sometimes like my order of the Jr bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup and yet they put ketchup like did you not understand me?? Overall the worker are pretty nice, but they need to step up their game with instructions. The building is clean from the last time I went in there, I hope they read this review so they can improve on their part ?? if service was a but better this would've been at 5 stars.

Is it so difficult to assemble an order that lists exactly what's required to complete that order? It's sad when you order something and don't receive it, especially after being charged. Do better, Jack!
