Drive to place and actually have to have friend drive due to being stuck working. He goes there to be told that they are closed because updating ..and all other jack n boxes are closed also. What kind of moron would schedule this at night to all of them. And not spread this out over the days and really why couldn't this be done in the afternoon. Or due one drawer at a time not all of them. Waste of time and money. Won't be going back
Drive thru is okay but a female worker sometimes takes too long to get to me, this place messed up my orders sometimes like my order of the Jr bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup and yet they put ketchup like did you not understand me?? Overall the worker are pretty nice, but they need to step up their game with instructions. The building is clean from the last time I went in there, I hope they read this review so they can improve on their part ?? if service was a but better this...
Went right now at 12:56am order online through app on June , 10. The gentlemen that made my order made food fresh and got accurate order saw review about graveyard shift being bad but I had great food. Just chicken wings need more sauce I love my wings drenched in sauce.
