We had A Jumbo Jack with fries and 2 Tacos each. The food was great! It was reasonably priced and a good break.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible both for the parking lot and inside the restaurant.

I'm in love with Jacks grilled chicken wrap and the CHURROS!!! They were awesome as usual. The staff however didn't seem happy or welcoming, they never really do. They all looked stressed or unhappy to be there and about me being there. I know fast food is a thankless job but damn can we get a little " kinda glad your here"

Worse Jack in the box ever.. always slow. the car in front and I waited 15 minutes before allowed to order then another 5 waiting to even get to the window and had a car waiting. 20 minutes for my service I had to leave before I could get my order. Last time the I got my order after a long time. The lady was more concentrated with flirting with the young man getting my order.

There were no customers in the drive-thru or in the dine-in area. When we arrived in the drive-thru it took 5 minutes no exaggeration for them to get on the speaker. When they got on the speaker we were asked to hold on three different times that 5 minutes turned into 15 minutes. When we ordered an approach the window there was still no cars other than us in the drive-thru and nobody and the dine-in area. We were asked to park and a parking space at this point and that they would bring our food to us. After 15 minutes of waiting I got out of the car to see if there was any people in the dining area that could be holding up progress here but there was not not one single person nor was there any cars in the drive-thru Don't know what the employees were up to in there but we were the only customers over the last 45 minutes at this particular location that being said it took an additional 5 minutes for them to bring our food and in doing so you think it would be hot as maybe they were making it fresh but that wasn't the case and any event I do like Jack in the box however this location needs some work. I do not like to be asked to park in a parking space when I'm going through the drive-thru the whole point of a drive-thru is about convenience and efficiency. If someone wanted to park in a parking spot they would park in a parking spot and dine in I don't like playing parking games when I'm trying to order food through a drive-thru. I don't understand how this is such problem it's supposed to be fast food. Not when it's convenient for them type food we have a countdown timer on our drive-thru and we're not meeting that timer therefore we're going to have you park in this parking spot and then we're going to take our time bringing you your food still meeting our quota for having cars go through the drive-thru time and an efficient manner which totally defeats the purpose of having that timer in my opinion corporate needs to adjust these things and go back to the way things used to be Hot fresh ready one ordered made one ordered fresh and efficient. I understand most of these places deal with first-time job havers. High school and college kids. And the elderly however that doesn't mean that they do not have to be efficient being that these may be people's first time jobs it should be something that they learn efficiency and time management are important things in the real world not when it's convenient for them when they're in customer service industries that's where the entitlement of this generation is coming in but that's just my two cents take it or leave it

I have an order right now that was cancelled I keep calling to see what happened but I’ve called 50 times no answer I just want my food I don’t understand why they can’t answer the phone it's very disappointing since I always go to or order from Jack in the box
Took 40 + minutes to get order, when staff was asked why so long, answer was,well what do U expect us to do, very bad attitude & arguementive, this is not the only time this has happened, NEVER will we be in your store again. I will let everyone know to stay out of your store

Please wear your hairnets or hats so hair doesn't get in the food! I found a strand of long hair coming out of my burger after taking a bite. It was disgusting. I never had a problem with this place, but come on. How was it hard to notice that hair?
