This jack in the box is listed as 24 hrs but they always say their system is down from 2-4am and I've once had ab employee just say they were the only one working and wasn't going to take any orders

I erased my original review for a couple reasons, mainly 'cause it reeeeeeeeeeeally sucked and it didn't paint the mist appetizing portrait of a great crew making solid burgers. And curly fries. And little tacos*. And big tacos*. And of course, teriyaki bowls.
What ya do is get the mini tacos* and have one of the wonderful crew members put a second fry on 'em. We're talking a real, no way but down, radiation obliteration kinda carcinogen fry. Now you have super crunchy mini tacos to put on your super authentic teriyaki bowl. Now, THAT'S fusion, baby. You're welcome.

Jack in the Box is currently in first place having taken part in zero battles of TACO war(s).

Ordered through the app. On 2-22-25..
At approx 11:50am..
Pulled into the drive through .
They had no clue what I was talking about.
She tells me to pull up to the window.
I show Her ( MGR) the app screen.
She smirks and laughed and said..
"Your at the wrong address "
So now, I won't be ordering through the app anymore and most definitely won't be returning to this location.
Absolutely horrible service....!!!

I wish I could give it 0 I ordered 2 french toast combos it came with NO FRENCH TOAST SAUSAGEAND BURNT EGGS.....I ORDERED A LG JUMBO JACK COMBO ALL I GOT WAS THE POTATO WEDGES.....WHERE IS MY FOOD?? JACK IN THE BOX EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN SEND SOMETHING LIKE THIS OUT WHEN SOMEBODY JUST SPENT THEIR MONEY AND THE EMPLOYEES CAN'T GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT CANCEL THE ORDER AND LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW INSTEAD OF PUTTING WHAT YOU WANTED IN BAG

I ordered a Double Bonus Jack no lettuce and no bun due to food allergies. I received both lettuce and a bun for my burger. I also ordered a large regular french fries and halfsie fries. My fries were beyond old and cold when my door dasher finally arrived with my order. I called this location and spoke with the shift manager. He wasn't at all serious about my order issue or me having food allergies. His words were I might have seen your order and overlooked how it was supposed to be made. I've been in customer service for over 25 years. This is unacceptable and I will never order from this location ever again. Jack In The Box needs to do a better job of who they hire and promote. Sadly this is the world we live in where 3% of the population of billions of people care. While the other 97% could care less about people. Trust me if I owned any company especially a restaurant I would only have employees who are welcoming, kind, honest, hardworking, caring, concerned, and do whatever they can to satisfy each customer we serve on a daily basis. I know we are imperfect people full of mistakes and terrible choices I will always be understanding of that. I take my food allergies serious, because I have had near death experiences from them.

Always takes forever when you go past 10 pm. The last three visits I made it took them nearly 10 minutes per order. They need more staff at night for sure!

We ordered breakfast burritos from the drive-thru. I get up to the window to pay, Gaby was the one who took my payment and after she says to pull up to the front of the building and they'll bring the food out when it's ready. I was putting my credit card away and went to start the truck when she opened the window again and told me to pull up to the front. There were no vehicles behind me. I said I know there's a timer on how long we are there waiting for food. When she brought the food out, she was very nice. I don't mind waiting for fresh hot food, but there was no point in sending us out front when there was no one behind me.

Terrible customer service. No professionalism. I went through the drive through, and the employees can be heard messing around through the head set as I was trying to order. Like at least turn it off.
