Waited over thirty minutes in the drive through tonight… to not even receive my full order and when I returned the employee started arguing with me over the speaker claiming she gave it to me. I’m so sorry yall are short staffed and got a rush & mistakes were made but don’t take that out on random folks. That’s absurd. I was humble the entire wait despite not having time or energy for this. I won’t be returning. That girl can keep her nasty attitude. & the wait for my COMPLETE order continues. SMH. Don’t waste your time or money- there’s plenty of other spots.

Got a box that was supposed to have curly fries, miny tacos, onion rings, and churros. It had exactly two onion rings and a half a handful of fries. At least it was fresh. But seriously, a ridiculous low amount of fries. And why only two onion rings?

Every time we come to this jack in box, they take absolutely forever, the employees are always rude and half the time the orders not even right. Tonight we came in and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before Marisol helped or even acknowledged we were standing there, after I got my food there was a man at the counter asking to use the restroom the employee Marisol refused to use open the bathroom for as he was begging her to.

It used to be a good place to come to get a quick bit but now recently with the new manager they got rid of alot of staff and have tooken longer with orders

Great food, workers are usually very friendly but the service is usually very slow. Expect to see people smoking doing drugs all around the area sadly.

Bought my granddaughter and myself food from here they gave us old food and not the first time I come every Sunday and when I have my granddaughter not anymore I will never return to this jack again horrible place

Went through the drive through expecting better quality than delivery as well as a correct order more so than a delivery order (though the people making it at the company should make it right regardless). Ordered our normal things. Hamburgers were dry, stale bread. Spicy Jack chicken with cheese sandwich to be specific, asked for extra mayo, jalapeno, extra onion. **No cheese was on the sandwich, no extra mayo, small rings of onion to equal 4 small rings (like the inner inner part of the onion), and 2 slices of jalapenos, chicken was over done and super dry ** I like a crispy chicken but this was.. crispy dry. On the plus the jalapenos were there at least. I don't normally make a complaint howeve, ever, but this is enough, when you order at the actual place you expect it to be right especially when you spend $60 on a family meal. Just disappointed with the quality and lack of care to the especially now days more expensive food. Thank you for listening
