The level of incompetence of the people who work here is unbelievable. They mess up my order all the time, and the owners don't care. It's time to switch to Burger King or McDonald's.

First we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru we had to wait 23 minutes for our food we tasted our soda it was straight carbonation no soda we had to change it out for something we don't drink when we got our order we asked for two curly fries we got one the young man that brought out our food took over 20 minutes other people got their food first he had curly hair he did not apologize did not care that our order was wrong walked he away this isn't customer service I won't be coming back McDonald's is better

Of course it’s not top of the notch restaurant quality food but it’s good! Fresh hot and the service is what led me to make this review, the woman working tonight deserves a raise!! She works hard every night working midnight shift with a smile on her face and a positive attitude, genuinely I hope that she prospers to a place that will pay her her worth , I greatly appreciate her service each night I come, shout out to her!!

My recent visit to Jack in the Box was an absolute letdown and one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. I specifically asked the cashier to ensure my order was made fresh, stating clearly that I was happy to wait for it. The cashier acknowledged my request and even told me it would take about 7 to 10 minutes to prepare my food fresh. With no other cars in the drive-thru, I figured this would be no problem. However, what I received was utterly disgusting—food that was clearly not fresh, tasting stale and like it had been sitting out for ages. It’s infuriating that my explicit request, which the cashier confirmed and set a clear timeline for, was completely ignored. This wasn’t just a minor oversight; it felt like a total disregard for my order and patience. This experience ruined my meal and left me with zero confidence in this location. I expect far better service and food quality, especially when my request was acknowledged with a specific wait time.

Sadly, you can’t even go back to get them to redo it, as there’s a real concern they might mess with your food.

Wanted something to eat, of course.So I ordered the two tacos.It was not busy.It was in the wee hours of the morning, and I get to the window, and she never wrote down my order.She wanted to know what I wanted.I was not happy but at least the tacos were hot.The jack in the box closest to my house is not the best.And they just remodeled the place, but the food has not gotten any better.It's gotten worse

I ordered delivery which was never picked up by the Post Mates driver. When I finally got my order I had to go a pick it up. The food was cold and the staff did not seem to care. I explained to them that I wanted a refund of the $6.00 delivery fee as well as the $4.00 tip which went to Post Mates.
