To be honest, this is definitely not the best jack in the box to come to especially at night. The entire parking lot is swarming with homeless that do not make you feel safe at all. The food was not good. The jalapeno poppers were fried to they were nearly black. We asked for condiments and received none and had to get out of the car in an unsafe area to get them. It's fast food for sure but I would not tell anyone to come here unless you absolutely needed to.
Look, I don't have a single problem with this particular branch of the JNB franchise. They were exceptional, especially when compared to several of the competing JNB branch locations. In fact, I am willing to say this location above all others impressed me the most! The problem is not with the company or the employees.. or even this particular JNB branch... Sometimes when I go in to pick up my mobile order it takes a while for someone to even acknowledge me. They seem to look right through you on their way out to give an order to people parked out front. Not to mention when they can't get the order right.
