The lady manager was packing bags of food for herself, taking time away from people in the drive through and myself who walked in. The male manager was pleasant and tried to be helpful , to where he went and made my sandwich, it appeared. The time was forever, a good 10 minutes, at least, I was going to ask for my money back, that's how much time it took...

I visited this location on 3/16/25 at around 6:30pm. My wife and I just arrived back in Vegas and have been in this city on multiple occasions always stopping by a Jack in the Box. The last few we visited left us completely disgusted with the service and lackluster food at other locations. This time was different. The food here was so damn good. Everything was cooked to perfection. Bread was fresh. Fries crispy and hot. Chicken was the same. The burger might as well have been from a steakhouse it was that good. Whoever was cooking last night needs a raise. They obviously are great at what they do. I'll be sure to come back on a Sunday evening in hopes of having the same cook. Kudos to the young tattood gentleman cashier. Everything was exactly as I ordered and he was polite and efficient.
