Walked in and Spanish music was blaring loud from the back. All the workers where standing around talking. Store was dirty. Staff had a huge attitude problem. Extremely rude. IF you work hard for your money like I do then trust me when I say you don't want to spend your money here. Manager was there playing with the employees allowing them to blast music and be rude. Absolutely terrible. I wish

The foods what you expect, it's jack in the box. However I've been to this location twice today and both times they forgot stuff on my orders, I was served by 2 different people at 2 different times of the day and the first girl was nice but the second guy was rude.

Today January 20 at 2:00 pm. I was disappointed by the service of the arrogant manager, the very ugly character, I hope she goes to a customer relations course, and my stupidity has nothing to do with drinking. I realized that the manager stands still and the other staff is running with the orders.

Ordered the sourdough jack combo. Asked beforehand if the bread is actually TOASTED and crunchy, she said yeah. Get my sandwich and it’s soggy and cold and I said this is not hot or toasted and crunchy, she said “it’s hot” I said no. Then she wanted me to move out of the way until she fixed what was wrong. I said NO. The worst. The only thing good there is the French fries and tacos, they HAVE to cook them

The lady who works the register during the night shifts is one of the nicest people I’ve met in fast food. The whole night shift team always kills it. Food is always fresh, great portions, best fast food franchise to go to in this area.

Illegal not to provide restroom for customers. 3 out of 3 times coming to this location restroom out of service but employees use them meaning it is not out of service. I can't wash my hands after ordering, which is ridiculous because I just finished cleaning my car and dont want to touch my food without washing my hands. This location should be reported to city officials.
I'm diabetic and don't order sugar with my coffee i ask for sweet n low or Splenda, so why would they give me regular sugar when I don't ask for it and i ask for certain amount of creamers and never get the amount I ask for.
