Not all Jack in the Box locations are created equally for some reason and this one is awesome!They actually cooled my grilled chicken to order when I are inside. The staff was friendly and attentive. This location is directly across from the CSN campus.

Great place to stop and grab some good Jack in box food. Customer service was great and even recommended items. Fast and hot food. Clean restaurant and parking lot. Busy drive thru and fast service. Nice location inside shopping plaza and near gas station.

I went here as a delivery driver, and it was horrible. I hope Jack reads this review. When I arrived, the place was empty, no customers, or employees. As I looked closer, I saw one employee hiding by the drive thru window, even though there were no customers on the drive thru either, and then found another employee hiding in the back. They both appeared to be too busy on their phones to notice I was there, so I decided to take some video in case Jack does read this I can show it to him. So, after being in the lobby for about 5 minutes, I simply said "Hello??", and finally got there attention. So, as I stated already, I was there as a delivery driver, and when I told the employee that I was there to pick up an order, she told me it was almost ready. Then she went to the back of the kitchen and had the other employee help her start the order. I think next time I go here to pick up a delivery, instead of getting their attention, I'll just call the company I deliver for and let them know I won't be able to complete the order as there are not any employees tending to the restaurant, or helping customers.Another issue I had with this location, and I really hope Jack is reading this, it smelled like a dumpster. I know you're better than this Mr. Box
