This is the second time that I've had an issue with this location. This time they got my order completely wrong. About a year ago I ordered from them and they got the order run again so I cancel the order but never received my refund to the card I use.

While picking up a doordash order they had one staff member working on orders while they rest of them were arguing and cussing at each other. Not very professional in my opinion and should never be done in front of customers. I can't rate the food as I was not the one eating there but if it is like the service I would go to a different Jack in the Box and I'm a big fan of Jack. Big props to the gentleman that was working. If I knew your name I'd name you 🤜🏼

Pretty good but they gave me a single burger instead of a double and they shut off the fountain so I couldn't get refills for my drink. The service worker was a bit edgy and not entirely customer friendly. It seemed like a decent enough place but needs some work on PR.

BEWARE the employees do not wear gloves when handling food in plain sight, a clear health code violation. They also have employees with excessive facial piercings that someone handling food should not have on while working. Not only is it unsanitary but it looks completely unprofessional. I called corporate, shame on them for not caring for their customers’ safety. I asked the young girls if there was a manager on duty - no manager. Even after asking the girls why nobody but one adult woman in the grill was wearing gloves they continued serving fries and tacos with no gloves. At the end only the fryer put on gloves at the end of the interaction. Not ok.
