I had a coupon for any size fri one of the workers came from the bathroom dumped half of my large fri.back into the fri station and gave me half a large fri which is straight up as how do I contact the owner cus im very very pissed off

Always closed when I go but reopen when I get McDonald's also they can't make a simple order and they hang up when you call them and tell them what they did wrong my food was cold as well and still took over 20 mins to get.

Hours posted on the door shows that the dining room opens at 7am, I was trying to get something to eat and tried to go through front door at 7:10am and door was locked. Employee told me to walk around to Drive Thru and asked me what I needed. I told him I would like to get something to eat and asked if the Dining Room was open at 7am? He replied that there were only 2 people working and not enough staff to open the Dining Room. This was very inconvenient as I walked to the restaurant and then had to walk back empty handed. Since when do the employees decide the hours you open and close the restaurant?? Time to step your game up!! I've never worked any where that you can decide if you are open or not!!

Sin City Panic

My order was messed up 4 times, I ordered a large #4 with light sauce and poppers, kept bringing the wrong burgur out, and only half filled the fries, the burgur still missing the cheese. The older hispanic lady was an asshole about the whole thing. I order the same thing at evry jack in the box I go to, It's now been 45 mins since I've ordered the first time, super unhappy and filing a complaint.

Every time I go through the drive thru, I have to wait in the waiting area every time. Drive thru was made for convenience and I wish I could just get my food at the window for once.

This is the second time that I've had an issue with this location. This time they got my order completely wrong. About a year ago I ordered from them and they got the order run again so I cancel the order but never received my refund to the card I use.

They are weird. Stole my food cancelled my order then tried to argue with me to call door dash but I ordered through the app. Now $40 has been taken from my account and I never received my order

While picking up a doordash order they had one staff member working on orders while they rest of them were arguing and cussing at each other. Not very professional in my opinion and should never be done in front of customers. I can't rate the food as I was not the one eating there but if it is like the service I would go to a different Jack in the Box and I'm a big fan of Jack. Big props to the gentleman that was working. If I knew your name I'd name you 🤜🏼
