I think as a customer service representative that I am asking too much to be respected as a black person. It seems like if the crew is Spanish ( in any way) that they just don't like black people and they treat you with such disrespect. Now this is the jack in the box that is located by Nellis AFB. I just stop going to places that don't make me feel comfortable .

Ordered a small meal and w tacos. They asked me pull forward and wait. So I did. 10 minutes later they bring out my small order missing my curly fries. As the 2 cars behind are gone and have ordered after me. I go inside to ask about my fries and some lady named Maria who looks like she ate them all asked of I wanted my money back instead of waiting any longer. So I agreed and got my money back. She then gave me a DO NOT COME BACK as if she's the owner. I assured her that I would be calling corporate and that I would return at another time. She stated that she would be sure to SPIT in my food if I return. This is an insult to society and the reason why we have food legislation in place. I'm sure she's not from the USA and should Not be serving us USA citizens spit on foods. My kids eat here why would this be ok to say to a customer when it's your fault the customers is even speaking to you. This should go to the BBB and Health dept. I will definitely be pursuing this. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET SPIT IN YOUR FOOD.

They always get orders wrong and take long for drive thru service

From the customer service to the food I received almost 15 minutes after pulling out of drive-thru with cold frys and the burgers looking like that just slaped the in a wrapper. Then calling them on it the so called manager Arguing with me after I said I wanted my money back. I will never come here again.

I've tired to give this jack chance after chance as it's the closest one to my house but everytime it is a wait I get parked and I understand when I have a big order but not when I get 1 combo then when the food comes out it's never fresh or burnt, I would love for this to be my go to jack since I live walking distance but I drive 15 min to a different location for my food now and it sad

What a horrible experience. The guy taking my order got it messed up 3 times. Must have been his 1st dayThe manager was great trying to fix it. Then a couple cane in, got mad, and threw F bombs all over the place.

Worst Jack in the box I’ve ever visited… the service was slow and the employees including the assistant manager were very rude. The food was marginal at best and substituons were required because they were out of main ingredients. Then they Up-charge the customer for the subs ingredients they are out of. If there is another JITB use it!

Hello everyone!On Friday, around 11 am, I visited this restaurant. The crew in that restaurant is doing great work working with customers who are rude and respect less. This staff works together to bring an excellent service—specifically, the ladies in the kitchen.Thank you for your excellent service.

Lady in the drive through was very rude she yelled at me to move but I couldn't because there was a car in front of me and she kept yelling at me. F u I won't be back

Arrived to the restaurant #1306 located in Utah around 6:30 pm salon doors were locked and only white people were inside. Me and my friend nocked on the door and was ignored by staff and by all the other clients inside. When I went though the drive thru to order the staff was very dismissive of my question of why we could not dine in and just said the drive thru was open until 9 pm with a very disregarding attitude.

Asked for everything to be fresh & it was ready in less than 2 minutes & chicken sandwich was NOT HOT & curly fries were cold. BIG WASTE of $11.90 employees lie & said it was just made & I know 100% it was not just made. Wont be coming back to this jack in the box!!! ???
