I had gone into jack and the box today and went in as the line was long for the drive thru. I was watching the cook make the food and noticed he had pulled out the trash can to dump the excess food in his area away. Then pulled out his phone and put it away. Now it wouldn’t have been a big deal if he had changed his gloves and went back to making the food, however he didn’t do that and instead kept the same gloves on and continued to keep touching the food afterwards. That is not sanitary and quite frankly disgusting to me. So that location definitely lost my business.

It’s more on the outskirts so didn’t feel the safest, definitely thought twice before getting out of the car, however it was ok. Food was good, service was fast and the staff was friendly. If you’re in this part of vegas you could stop for a quick bite since there’s no traffic. Wouldn’t recommend walking as a solo female traveler.

When in to grab something to eat for me and my kid. The lady taking the order was being very polite with the the couple in front of me taking her time to get the order right. After they where done and it was my turn I stepped up to order she rolled her eyes and scoffed and walked away before I could order..... okay fine, then a young man stepped up and did take my order, no biggie when it wad time to get my order I asked for a drink holder I was informed They were out. Even though the orders going out of drive through had them the order infront of me got one. I had no way to hold them as I dont have drink holders in my vehicle. I asked for a refund on my drinks as I paid for medium drinks. They said they couldn't do that. Over all the whole experience sucked, I won't be back. And I dont recommend this location, the staff is rude and they still from you. So buyer's be ware there...

Stopped by for a quick bite as I’m in a hurry ! Ordered two je jumbo jacks ! With cheese ! I got two but they had NO MEAT !! How is that even possible or acceptable I payed my hard earned money for this ?? And they will not pick up the phone ! I do not have time to return and I do not even live on this side of town ! This is horrendous ! I won’t ever be stopping here again

Is this location actually 24 hours? It says they are and the mobile app still works to place an order but on 3 different occasions at 4am, I’ve went they tell me they’re closed. If they’re closed, why is there mobile ordering still on? They’ve made my order still because I already paid thru the app but if I didn’t, they wouldn’t have served me.
Ordered delivery @ 2:21:25..cannot reach by phone. Order never delivered. It's now3:40pm where is my paid for food?

This is connected to 7-11 gas station. They force you to purchase something from them even if you've purchased gas or food from the 7-11. I have a medical condition but they still refused to allow me to use the restroom without buying an item. The manager was very rude even when I did buy something. Customer service isn't a priority for them obviously.
