Is this location actually 24 hours? It says they are and the mobile app still works to place an order but on 3 different occasions at 4am, I’ve went they tell me they’re closed. If they’re closed, why is there mobile ordering still on? They’ve made my order still because I already paid thru the app but if I didn’t, they wouldn’t have served me.

This is connected to 7-11 gas station. They force you to purchase something from them even if you've purchased gas or food from the 7-11. I have a medical condition but they still refused to allow me to use the restroom without buying an item. The manager was very rude even when I did buy something. Customer service isn't a priority for them obviously.

After checking my order, it was wrong. I had 3/4 of a soda. The hamburger was made incorrectly. The only thing was correct. Was the ranch for my curly fries the hamburger was so cold. I had to come home and put it in my air fryer to heat up the cheese because the cheese was melted in my air fryer heat up my meat and my cheese wouldn’t give us a zero star. They were rude to me. They close The window on my face when I double check to see if my ham was correct there was no lettuce or tomato onion. It was a triple jumbo jack with cheese, onion rings, and a large combo with curly fries and my hamburgers, cold and live across the street from them, when I check my hamburger, the cheese was not melted. I didn’t wanna complain no more because she close the window on my face. Do not go somewhere else anywhere else Taco Bell order here again I hate Taco Bell.
So this is the location that won't give your drivers ketchup, if you ask them over Uber Eats. I'm not sure about other delivery services but Everytime I ask for ketchup packets, they never give them to my delivery drivers. I used to blame my drivers until they told me just how rude this location was about it. So if you like your nuggets or fries dry, then this is the location for you. What cheap & garbage staff they must have to not even be able to give you ketchup packets

Last few times I've come in the kids running the drive through window are rude and don't even smile or speak. Not even a "have a nice day". Yesterday the kid practically threw our order at us as he was looking off into space and didn't even speak one word. Even after we said have a good day. Makes for a very vexacious meal experience.

Just as fast as you hired that girl at the drive thru window with all the make up like a clown and reddish hair, you need to fire her. Sorry attitude and trying to make yalls numbers look good by having customers scoot to the parking lot is sorry customer service, plus she got a real live attitude. Remade my burger and looks like it been on the ground. I ain’t eating that nasty.
