I had the same Problem with the same male employee I wanted to order large chocolate shake he had told me yet again he doesn't want to make that chocolate shake and had told me I looked homeless and needed to leave his jack in the box
This is him in the picture very rude and lazy he needs to get fired

Horrible. I can literally smell the bad grease from my french fries coming out of the bag. Have tried this place many times because I live nearby and it never is any good. I don't know why I keep going. Please teach your people to smell what bad greases or at least change it. Geez guys, this is all you do

Thanks for being open Christmas Day ! Your Store had to deal with a lot of difficult people complaining about not having special sauce when it's Christmas Day. Appreciate you guys being open during the Madness. The Breakfast Jack was nice a fresh and that's for the Coke refill.

I would give this place zero stars. It seems after 6pm there is no manager/ supervisor to be found in the store. The staff was rude, With the exception of one young lady trying to do it all who was clearly overwhelmed. the person who was making the sandwiches was rude and very disrespectful, the one in the fry station was not much help either. I started in the drive thru and was told it would take some time to order because she had to get online orders out. There were two cars in front of me and they must have been told the same thing because the drove off. I parked my car and went inside and noticed that there were only three employees and no manager. No one greeted the guest in the lobby. As I waited for someone to help me the drive thru was suddenly working again. That’s when I asked for a manager and was disrespected.
I don’t enjoy writing reviews but I am expecting a response.
As a former Jack in the box general manager this is unacceptable and the rudest experience I have ever had.
I look forward to hearing back from a member of upper management.

I ordered a meal, paid and asked if I could use the bathroom. I was told yes but not until the boss came out of the bathroom. When she came out another employee told me I couldn’t use them because they were out of service. I demanded a refund, I hate liars and really only was willing to eat fast food because I needed to use the bathroom and figured they were for customers. Poor customer service

Pretty clean location and I didn’t eat but I’m sure the food is good and the service was good plus it wasn’t in to much of a bummy area so just all around better than a lot other locations
