I found hair in my fries and they were very rude about replacing my food and disrespectful when I ask for condiments to go with it she threw hot sauce in my bag. I asked for a napkin and ketchup. I had a kids cheeseburger meal. Why do I need hot sauce? She was rude and disrespectful. I overlooked the hair until she called herself replacing it with an attitude. I was dining with my three grandsons before school this morning. not one of the employees had on hairnets. I’m a senior my hair is gray and short, so it couldn’t have been mine.

The restaurant is dirty and shady people. One of the front desk asian lady rude and very disrespectful. Picking up food from there it's challenging basically she throws at you... If this order was for myself I will have canceled and ask for refund.

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews however I ordered about an hour and a half ago over uber eats and they have switched delivery people 5 times because the order isn’t ready yet. Ridiculous

Worst Jack I have ever been to! Homeless people inside and outside all over the place! Last night someone brought in their own food and sat down to eat, the employees didn't say anything! Teenagers come and sit down just to hang out! Some crazy lady was walking around talking to herself after arguing with someone in the parking lot!
Don't feel safe eating here! I hope upper management reads this!!

The guy behind the counter was very courteous. But it seemed that he was alone because we were outside waiting for our food for over 30 mins. It was midnight, but there should have been someone there to help him. There were several cars waiting with us.

Didn’t know Jack opened a homeless encampment. Nothing like the fresh smell of burning crack wafting into your car window as you place your order. Waiting 45 min for a #10 is the best as well

They need to have people who have passion for customers service. Even if it is minimum wage. There are CNA who make as much as them and still give good customers service.

Noticed employees standing around talking, when they could have been cleaning the tables and floors.

The customer service is always terrible. I went in today asking for a $5 meal bag and was told it was no longer available however it can still be ordered online and when I called the location on Horizon ridge they said the offer was still available. Very upset that I had to spend more than I expected for me and my fam to come eat.
