Just after 9pm on EDC Friday! Let's start this review over. I'm 40 and my name is Jack! I know a thing or 2. Anyways, opted to go in because drive thru was 10 cars deep you already know. Ordered my food, special person ahead of me, they not only took such great care of him, they gave me the best food jack in the box ever put out. 10 stars! House was packed! Killed it. Give these guys a mfin raise and thank the Lord you have a competent crew of people because that is rare. Trust and believe. The people in the neighborhood notice and come back because when they come here, not no bs! Just the best the franchise has to offer. All you other Jack in the boxes, come take notes over here! God bless!

This is not the first time I have gone in the morning around 6:45am and I ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich meal. The sandwich is warm and bun is hard, the hashbrowns are also cold, I order a diet coke and it taste like dirt. The person working is not rude just blows you off when you say anything. I asked for my receipt in the drive thru and the window was closed on me and he walked away. I have given this Jack in the Box several chances.

Everything was just wrong from placing the order to receiving the order. I couldn’t make a half way decent order because I’m constantly ask is that it just to screw the order up
Employee Don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom. Let me explain . I get at the bathroom, and the Employee is on his cell phone, and he gets out immediately after I get in with out, washing his hands . At the moment my order was ready , he was the person who handled my food so I asked him to wash his hands and to please re-do my order. He refused. Also, he refused his name. I only ask for the refund and go, but he keeps laughing, so his attitude was unacceptable, April 03-25 around 6:15 pm
