Is so sad that people are not greatful to have a job now a days, I was reading the reviews and nothing has changed, you go in and no one acknowledges or say anything. At least something like we will be right with you, nope nothing. I usually go here to get lunch because its close by but not anymore. Good luck and God bless the employees..

11am on 01/03/2026 waited at the box for 20min and still no one took my order, everyone behind me and myself backed up and out, I suspect they’re probably severely understaffed, I blame the management regardless 🤷♂️

TERRIBLE! We waited 15 minutes in the lobby without so much as being greeted. When someone finally came up and asked for our order, I said my nephews were going to order but I needed to use the restroom first. She told me that the men's room was broken and couldn't be used. I asked if I could please use the women's and she said that men couldn't use that one. I'm a little concerned about the sanitary conditions given the Man working behind the counter could not use the restroom and even wash his hands. Even worse he was not using food prep gloves. I told her that I will not spend money anywhere that does allow me to use a restroom to wash my hands or otherwise. She didn't seem to care. Don't eat here. 🤮🤮🤮
