Just after 9pm on EDC Friday! Let's start this review over. I'm 40 and my name is Jack! I know a thing or 2. Anyways, opted to go in because drive thru was 10 cars deep you already know. Ordered my food, special person ahead of me, they not only took such great care of him, they gave me the best food jack in the box ever put out. 10 stars! House was packed! Killed it. Give these guys a mfin raise and thank the Lord you have a competent crew of people because that is rare. Trust and believe. The people in the neighborhood notice and come back because when they come here, not no bs! Just the best the franchise has to offer. All you other Jack in the boxes, come take notes over here! God bless!

This is not the first time I have gone in the morning around 6:45am and I ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich meal. The sandwich is warm and bun is hard, the hashbrowns are also cold, I order a diet coke and it taste like dirt. The person working is not rude just blows you off when you say anything. I asked for my receipt in the drive thru and the window was closed on me and he walked away. I have given this Jack in the Box several chances.

Everything was just wrong from placing the order to receiving the order. I couldn’t make a half way decent order because I’m constantly ask is that it just to screw the order up

Employee Don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom. Let me explain . I get at the bathroom, and the Employee is on his cell phone, and he gets out immediately after I get in with out, washing his hands . At the moment my order was ready , he was the person who handled my food so I asked him to wash his hands and to please re-do my order. He refused. Also, he refused his name. I only ask for the refund and go, but he keeps laughing, so his attitude was unacceptable, April 03-25 around 6:15 pm

I ordered the Garden salad and it was good. My first time eating the salad from Jack in the box. The drive through was very wonderful.

My family absolutely loves this place! The staff is very kind and even if they forget something, they throw in a little extra as an apology. The food is always very good and we love being here.

Today I went to Jack in the box and usually my experience is very, very, very good. I never had a complaint, but today was different. I went today to get a meal thru the drive thru and the lady that helped me was very impatient and unprofessional jack have the five dollar all day menu but when you're ordering the picture wasn't on the board so was unsure what all that came with it as I am asking the lady very respectfully she was adamant about me ordering a drink first before wanting to tell me what comes with it. What makes it worst is the food was very cold like it's just been sitting as I asked to talked to the manger after getting my food the manager wants to tell another adult to come down when all I was explaining to him how unprofessional the lady was and how she was very nasty and rude for him to talk to me like a child and tell me to calm down when he should've been telling his employees that instead of me due to this happening I am leaving a bad review and hope nobody else has to deal with employees attitudes when all we want to do is have our food Fresh and have a great experience but that wasn't the case.
