My family dined at this JITB the other day (Nov 23, 2024). The service is okay. And, our food was made correctly.
But, there is a concern of SAFETY. A majority of the parking spaces are on the West side of the building. Almost 80 % are covered with rocks/pebbles. When my uncle got out of our vehicle.. he slipped and ALMOST FELL! This was not good.
Can your company solve this issue?

I don't know what it is about going to that drive through that I went through but they want you to pull around to the front so when you pull around to the front the clock says you got your order but you didn't get your order so you're still around there waiting to make the manager look good that should be done at all and not one restaurant it's never pull around to the front never show me my food and I'll be on my way if I have to pull around to the front and you should give me something for free. Is all for management to make yourself look good when they're not doing their job right remember that.
