I ordered like 8 tacos and I bite and chew on one and found 2 long hairs in my tacos,asked to speak to the manager, a lady with short hair wearing a red shirt came and talk to me, I explained what happened and she said it was odd because they had a hat on, she gave me a nasty attitude instead of apologizing, she didn’t bother to offer an apology, never again I will make sure this goes to the higher ups!

Ordered recently around 4am had a plane to catch so got some breakfast through doordash. The entire order was missing except for the Coke and my Dasher told me it was because they are closed, is the drive-thru 24hrs or not?

I recently stopped by Jack in the Box, and I have to say, their Ultimate Cheeseburger is amazing! The beef patties were juicy, and the combination of melted cheese and their signature sauce hit the spot. The portion size was generous, and the burger was freshly made. Definitely a satisfying bite when you’re craving something hearty!

Friday 4-11-25 at 3:20pm. So I'm door dashing, and I come in to pick up an order, the lady tells me to wait a moment. So I start filling my water bottles with water because it's 100% outside. Than the manager walks in and just starts harping on me telling me that I can't use a water bottle, that I need to use there cups. Lady i need water for the road. Anyways than starts asking me about my order. I give her the name, than she's like you're going to have to wait it's not in our system yet. No problem so I have a seat. Than I ask to use the bathroom and she wanted to ignore me. Than says the code in a very low volume. She letting that manager title get to her head. Serious ego trip.

I come here quite often, but have to wait a lot to get my order. Seems like the manager at night it’s always alone and over worked! She is the nicest lady but she cannot do all this work alone she needs help! Take care of your employees!

The staff are helpful and patient even when dealing with huge crowds. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.

I went to Jack n the box yesterday and the lady at the window was so rude. She asked me what sauces I wanted, I told her, and she forgot to put them in the bag. I had to wait a few minutes before she came back to the window. When she did, I asked for the sauces and she had an attitude. I said thank you and she didn’t say anything back.

This is not the first time I’ve been to this Jack n the box and some has been rude. A previous time it was a different lady at the window. She got mad at me because she couldn’t understand me. There was a language barrier.

I’ve never been to a Jack n the box and got sick, but this time I did. I ordered the mini tacos and I was sick all day and night. Vomiting and diarrhea.

I stopped by the Jack in the Box on Sandhill and Tropicana on 2/14 around 5 am to grab some food for my son before his field trip. When we pulled up, the employee informed us that they were not taking in-person orders and were only accepting online orders. She mentioned that she was the only one working, which I understand can be difficult.However, if this location only takes online orders at certain times, there should be a clear sign or online notice stating so. This would prevent confusion and frustration for customers like us, who were in a hurry. Because of this, we had to rush to another restaurant to make sure my son had something to eat before his trip.Better communication and signage would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
