When I went there I didn't know they didn't have staff at the counter, only the touch screen and no help from anyone to use them. I live in Bullhead City Arizona and was taking relatives to the airport in Las Vegas and stopped for breakfast. I was standing at the front counter waiting to get waited on. When I finally scene a staff they told me you have to use the kiosk treated me like I was stupid. I could hear them laughing with the other staff as I was putting in my order. I go to Jack in the box in Bullhead City all the time and I'm glad they still wait on me. I'll be sure to never stop at that Jack in the box in Vegas ever again.

We ordered tacos and asked for no hot sauce The lady kept saying okay. I asked her and remind her again can she please not put any hot sauce on the tacos My mother is already in the hospital and doesn't want anything spicy what do you know all seven tacos was full of hot sauce. When we got to the window we kindly reminded her if she can remind a cook to not put any hot sauce on the tacos why do we continually keep asking her because she did not understand what we were saying. EVERYTHING was okay. Last time coming to this Jack in the box!!!

I stop here once every couple months on my way home from work in the morning. Any time I want an egg product (supreme croissant, breakfast jack) I inevitably bite into egg shells. Every. single. time ... But I keep going back and trying again. Well I had a supreme croissant the other day and there was that crispy shell crunch. At first I thought it was that crunchy stuff around the edge of the sandwich, but I spit it out to check (gross, I know. But I'm had to make sure 🤷🏽♀️) and it was actual eggshell pieces. I have finally had my last egg product from Jack in the box.

I had the misfortune to visit the restaurant location at 3790 East Tropicana Ave. Las Vegas, Nevada at approximately 11:55 am on Dec 30th (today) and used the Kiosk to place the order which was shown on the display as 569 which was for an ultimate cheeseburger combo.
After waiting almost 20 minutes without my order being filled I left and drove to the burger king at Tropicana Ave and Pecos to order something to eat (got an original chicken sandwich combo and some chicken nuggets)
I was attempting to use a one complimentary combo meal coupon for the order at the Jack in the Box but never got the chance to do so...
I'm very disappointed with the lack of order fulfillment and service on the part of the staff at this location as persons who had orders 568 and 570 managed to get their dine in food but I did not..

This has to be the worst location in Las Vegas. I have gone 2 times in the morning and both times has been HORRIBLE. The person on the speaker can barely speak English, asks several times what it was I was ordering. I said #25 three times and she repeated back #21. Then asked me to wait because she couldn't understand what I was ordering. When I got to the window she handed me a regular sized coffee when I asked for and paid for a large, then gets mad because I gave it back to her. Again barely speaking English or understanding my English. Then I asked who the manager was... and she said me, her name is Veronica and she is the manager... she can barely speak English or help paying customers who do speak English. It is amazing! Guess Jack in the Box is desperate and will hire anyone in the position. Definitely recommend going to the one on Flamingo just down the street.

I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. I had to wait long enough to make this complaint I should have been had my food by now you're understaffed and you need more people working!! Pathetic
Ordered a big mozzarella stick and i this frozen in the middle cold as ice! Horrible service manager wouldn't speak English over the phone Horrible communication didnt believe me said to go back for a another one when I ordered drive through because I needed to go for a reason and not sit inside and eat or else I would have showed her

I might die from this mystery illness I contracted a month ago so moving forward I rate fast food places on cleanliness above all else.
This location had a very clean dining room and Fast and friendly service. The food was excellent, noticeably better than the 2 other locations I visit most often.
There was no hand washing station for customers. There was no hand sanitizer. The men's bathroom was out of service. 1 star.
