It’s a good thing I wasn’t very hungry. I placed an order in the app and drove to this location. When I arrived, the drive through was empty. So far so good.
I get to the speaker and wait a few minutes in silence. I calmly ask if anyone was there?
“Give us a moment”
Ok. About 4 more minutes of silence go by, at which point I again ask “is anyone there?” “Give us a moment”. Ok, I’ve already given you several, what’s one more?
Another few minutes of silence goes by and they’re ready to take my order! Great! I give them my info… “who?”
I repeat my info. “Pull up to the window”. Great! Now we’re getting somewhere!
I pull around to the window and get to sit for another 4 or 5 minutes. Finally, a gentleman with a 420 tattoo on his neck comes over and asked again for my info, which I happily provided.
A few more minutes go by and guess what? I finally get my food, nicely bagged up, even with a little sticker sealing the bag. Also helpfully held my receipt on. Cool. I drive off and head home, as in pretty hungry by now. I get home and tear into those bags only to discover that they somehow managed to miss an entire burger. I check the receipt, and sure enough, I paid for it. I dig through the bags just to make sure my hunger wasn’t also causing temporary blindness. Nope. No burger in sight.
So, in closing, it’s probably a good thing I wasn’t exceptionally hungry that day. The one burger I did get was decent. And the fries were lukewarm, but hey.

The last time I was here, I think they were still giving away antenna balls and we don't have one where we currently live, Anyway, we were in town and my daughter wanted to come here. She loved it! Food is delicious, restaurant is clean, and the staff is SO courteous and helpful. Thank you!

after asking 4 different times to the same person for marinara sauce she proceeded to only give me ranch after i tipped her
I love going here not all the time things are great but overall they all I come here for the Carmel ice coffee, but now they have changed the ingredients for it so it’s not quite the same as it used to be and they have told me that yes “ we have got a lot of complaints about the coffee since changing. But I still try n push through it and still get it just because I know that’s my lil time I get for me before work when I don’t go I feel like I’m missing something . But the people are nice I’m always going through the drive through unless the line is long and I have a few extra minutes to run inside.. but overall not bad and I have more tasted there chicken nuggets and NOT to bad .. so I’m happy I found something I love to drink n now eat there.. can’t wait till another coffee day ☕️

Ordered online got the Jr jumbo jack a long with the tacos. When I got my burger I noticed they put my burger patty separate from the burger buns. Pay attention next time employees!
