I normally stop by between three and four in the morning after I get off of work and they always say the system is down and I know it’s just a pattern at this point in the system can’t be down multiple days in a row.

literally grossed out. waited inside dining room for my pick up order…. THE LADY WORKING THE KITCHEN DROPPED A PIECE OF CHICKEN ON THE FLOOR AND THEN PUT IT BACK INTO THE FOOD AREA. EXCUSE ME?? i don’t even want my food at this point anymore.

This used to be one of the fastest jack in the box drive thrus late at night. Now, after a handful of different occasions hoping maybe last time was a fluke or the new night crew were in training, the wait has near tripled. I live in walking distance of this place. I used to come here for a quick bite, order, and be back home in under 5-15 minutes even with a line, Now, it takes at least 25-35 minutes.. I'll still come here, but probably not at night anymore which is when I'd frequent it the most.

Stopped to dine in for breakfast. None of the locations have pancakes anymore which is lame but I did try the waffle sticks which are a definite upgrade to the French toast sticks. Service was good and place was clean

Ordered just a plain bacon burger, and there was a piece of onion in it . Always something going on woth this location. I am over it.
Food is always fast. If u want fresh fries just tell them no salt and ask for salt packets.

It’s a good thing I wasn’t very hungry. I placed an order in the app and drove to this location. When I arrived, the drive through was empty. So far so good.
I get to the speaker and wait a few minutes in silence. I calmly ask if anyone was there?
“Give us a moment”
Ok. About 4 more minutes of silence go by, at which point I again ask “is anyone there?” “Give us a moment”. Ok, I’ve already given you several, what’s one more?
Another few minutes of silence goes by and they’re ready to take my order! Great! I give them my info… “who?”
I repeat my info. “Pull up to the window”. Great! Now we’re getting somewhere!
I pull around to the window and get to sit for another 4 or 5 minutes. Finally, a gentleman with a 420 tattoo on his neck comes over and asked again for my info, which I happily provided.
A few more minutes go by and guess what? I finally get my food, nicely bagged up, even with a little sticker sealing the bag. Also helpfully held my receipt on. Cool. I drive off and head home, as in pretty hungry by now. I get home and tear into those bags only to discover that they somehow managed to miss an entire burger. I check the receipt, and sure enough, I paid for it. I dig through the bags just to make sure my hunger wasn’t also causing temporary blindness. Nope. No burger in sight.
So, in closing, it’s probably a good thing I wasn’t exceptionally hungry that day. The one burger I did get was decent. And the fries were lukewarm, but hey.

The last time I was here, I think they were still giving away antenna balls and we don't have one where we currently live, Anyway, we were in town and my daughter wanted to come here. She loved it! Food is delicious, restaurant is clean, and the staff is SO courteous and helpful. Thank you!
