I love going here not all the time things are great but overall they all I come here for the Carmel ice coffee, but now they have changed the ingredients for it so it’s not quite the same as it used to be and they have told me that yes “ we have got a lot of complaints about the coffee since changing. But I still try n push through it and still get it just because I know that’s my lil time I get for me before work when I don’t go I feel like I’m missing something . But the people are nice I’m always going through the drive through unless the line is long and I have a few extra minutes to run inside.. but overall not bad and I have more tasted there chicken nuggets and NOT to bad .. so I’m happy I found something I love to drink n now eat there.. can’t wait till another coffee day ☕️

Ordered online got the Jr jumbo jack a long with the tacos. When I got my burger I noticed they put my burger patty separate from the burger buns. Pay attention next time employees!

I'm here a lot for breakfast. My go to us the #26. This is my favorite jack in the box in nevada. The food has never made me sick. It's always served hot && fresh. The staff is always polite && gets the job done. Thank you guys. I'll see you soon.
Really bad communication in drive thru very long wait and to top it of the order was missing items 😕 😢 usually not this disappointed when we come to this jack in a box 😢 😞

The food did not seem fresh. I am really disappointed with the boba coffee it's my favorite thing to get here and today the boba was old or something it wasn't squishy and yummy like usual. The visit today was disappointing, but usually you guys are fantastic.
