Surprisingly good for Jack in the Box at 4am. We needed food on the way to an early flight. Everything was hot and crispy and the staff was friendly.

Once again Jack in the Box is NOT 24 hours. Guess night workers just have to eat trash. Thanks, lazy workers. Such a frequent occurrence at so many locations. Don’t say 24 hours if I can’t rely on you as one of the few open places at night.

What's the point of being open 24 hours if the system is always down? I'm sure it's corporate nonsense, but management should know it's inconvenient and I'm sure annoying for staff as well. Either don't set that expectation or do better.

Open 24 hours but refused to take our order. Update your hours then.

Placed a mobile order using a mobile app exclusive deal. Arrived at the location only for the manager on duty to tell me the deal was too cheap and they weren’t going to honor it because I wasn’t paying in store prices. I walked away without ever receiving food. I wasted my time, gas, and patience coming here. Went to Roberto’s Taco Shop next door instead. Incompetence is unreal here. Either get your staff trained or don’t offer mobile deals. I’m not trying to argue at 8am on a Sunday.Ps This is by far the most ridiculous fast food experience I have ever encountered and while I normally don’t do google reviews, this manager’s action left me compelled to say something. This is completely unnecessary. Is the manager responsible for nationwide mobile deals? She should be with that shutdown.

This experience was very unpleasant. The worker who was in charge of drive thru cashier did not return my debt card. I had to honk multiple times and ask for it. The same worker with No gloves being used handled our fries and put them in the bag. No worker at this location wears gloves even after handling money and will touch your food. The one bag contained hot fries and the other cold and old. I Wish something could be done about cold dry food without the fear of repercussions. It's fearful to think asking for fresh food could induce the chance of spit also being on my burger.
