I went through the drive thru, They overcharged me for my burger, I brought attention to it. The price was then corrected but then I pulled off without the burger made right. If im paying $10 just for a burger not a meal. I expect it t8 be right. Especially after trying to overcharge me 🤦🏾♀️

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this Jack in the Box location. The young Asian man working the drive-thru displayed a passive aggressive attitude the entire time. He was popping his neck, acting irritated when asked simple questions, and made me feel rushed even though I was the paying customer. On top of the poor attitude, the food was prepared sloppily and handed over without any care. Customers should not have to deal with disrespectful service and subpar food quality at the same time. I highly recommend removing him from the drivethru window, as his behavior reflects very poorly on the restaurant.

Who made those dry hot honey chicken strips? I would expect my chicken strips to be coated in sauce like they are advertised
Ordered a beef T-pain meal got served a chicken one and didn’t realize it until I got home. Food was cold. And on top of that drive through employees weren’t the nicest. This location sucks.

Ordered a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and they gave me 3 and they are all messed up looking. And one has no cheese in it. Basically there was one that was edible and it was cold and hard. And I don't have time to go back before work. Of course they won't answer the phone.

Horrible location. They are constantly out of normal items. Like curly fries or onion rings. They hardley ever have the promotional items. They say next day and still dont have the items in. The night service is horrible and quite rude.
