This place is terrible. Cashier and drive through BY HERSELF. Super shortstaffed, line up to the street. Waited 30 minutes at the drive through. Avoid at all costs.

The food is always hot and fresh service always amazing! The atmosphere it's in a rough side of town, so the atmosphere is a little questionable for dine in bit drive thru is best here. The store is clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The prices are always affordable and did I mention the food is on point!

Well, we're in there to eat walked out because the employees are too lazy to wait on the customers we were informed. Just put your order in the kiosk. I explained to them that I'm legally blind. And they didn't us to walk out because they were too lazy to come. Help us place in order and they want you to do all the work. And then they want you to tip them on top of that. This place should be close down

We walked in & was waiting to place our order when an employee walked up to the counter, tapped on a screen and said you place your order here and walked away. There was no greeting, no explanation, nothing. We said forget this place & left. There was only 1 person waiting for their order at the time

I don't know which jack in the box this is but I am very skeptical of bathrooms I use if it's nasty I will leave so always check the bathroom if the area where the restaurant is located looks grimmy chances are the bathroom just may be grimmy always check yourself

I have been waiting to place my order and no one came to the counter to take my order. I even went to the restroom when another customer went in. Went back to order and still no one came to take my order. One lady saw me and was on her personal phone and just looked at me. Needless to say I left and went somewhere else. Horrible experience with NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!
