I’m not one to complain especially because is used to work at this location and couple others. But they got my whole order wrong. The cashier girl wasn’t even listening and I asked for a medium she gave a small I asked for the chicken well done and it was hard as a rock. I ordered an online couple and I am missing half of my order. I’m very upset. Thanks for the horrible service. Five stars there.

I upgraded my meal to large and then they told me that only when you upgraded a combo is only the drink not the fries every other fast food restaurant when you upgraded is the drink and fries I will not be coming back to this jack in the box anymore.
To be honest I stopped coming to this location, the employees always mess up my order or they forget an item.

Update ...I tried them again this morning since there is only so many burger places to choose from at 6am and still my food was cold and this time literally disgusting. Won't be wasting anymore money here. Chicken sandwich is cold and hard as a rock smh the only thing that was the right temperature was my Oreo shake.
Took forever for them to respond on the intercom, to the point that I assumed the were closed. Right before pulling off she spoke up. Took over 10 mins to prepare my order for it to still come out cold and soggy and poorly put together. Definitely not worth the price

Too much time is wasted shopping there! I waited more than 20 minutes and they didn't even take my order!

So I went to this Jack in the Box as it was on my way home from work. We went to the drive thru. I had a coupon for a free combo. The lady who was helping at the drive thru told us in a really nasty tone that the coupon is only for a small and certain combos. I just looked at the coupon and nowhere does it say that only certain combos and sizes are allowed. I got a medium 3 piece chicken strip combo. She said she would honor it just this one time. It took a while so they had us pull up to a spot to get our food. The people who work there have really nasty and rude attitudes. I never plan on going back.

I ordered $40 worth of food thru app and my order was arbitrarily cancelled. I was told by door dash that I would have to contact Jack In The Box directly for my refund since I ordered directly from them but when I called the call went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. And according to the voicemail message the number didn’t match the number I dialed.
I'm very disappointed in the customer service. My friend had ordered through the mobile app. We went to pick it up. The drive through lady Maria said she didn't see our order and shooed us away with her hand telling us to go inside. We then went inside to pick it up but then realized we had a mistake so we went to the car to fix it. We went back through the drive through and gave Maria the order number. She yelled at us telling us she didn't have it and to go back inside. We were very polite through her extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. They gave us our food immediately and I realized the order was still wrong. I politely told them they had made a mistake. They fixed it and I got the ladies name so I could file my incident report. I was dumbfounded by the workers behavior. Regardless of how kind, patient, and respectful I was, I still managed to get treated poorly and rudely.
This is not the first time I have experienced that at this store. However, it will be the last.

Employee, general manager, demanded that I buy food before using the restroom. Very unprofessional. General manager was very rude. After receiving my food, other people came into the location and she allowed them to use the restroom without a purchase.
