DISGUSTING!! Order $50 worth of food for me and my three hungry male coworkers and speedy Gonzalez just keeps shouting “THERE’S ONLY TWO OF US”!! I ordered ahead through the app and there were 5 cars in front of me. So explain why we have missing food and why what we did get was inedible hard and stale!! Food was good, drive through was fast. You'll spend some agony time on the can after eating here but the tacos are worth it.
Had a poor experience when coming here. They didn't have tacos available to order in the app. When you try to order tacos on the screen without app no probs just tried to charge almost twice as much. What the? Okay sure they still messed the overpriced tacos up and I had to come all the way back to get a refund. Will definitely avoid this location in the future. My guess is that by them just making everyone not wanna shop here it makes their jobs easier as then thet get paid the same they would normally, except then they don't have to do anything. Only logic I can think of. Beware

Dt attendant after midnight was awful. Very rude and taking his attitude out on every guest that goes thru. Asked for chicken strips didn't have any. Asked for ginger ale did not have that. Makes everyone that goes thru feel as if they are inconveniencing him for him to have to do his job.

Even though they had a spill and problem with the beverage machine and a huge mess to clean up, the two ladies who helped us were very pleasant and in better spirits than I would have been. We appreciate the professionalism and great service.

Very rude service. Very untimely service. I had to speak first to get my order taken and even then I heard something unwelcoming. I had questions about the order which the employee did not answer. She went silent until I said - okay, I guess i'll get those then... Again, silence. I pulled up to the window and waited for another extended time. Two to three minutes later I am handed a bag with food. I say thank you and once again, nothing said in return. I understand if someone is awkward not replying- but it was evident this individual did not care about their job and did not care to provide service. I was handed the wrong order and did not have enough time to wait or complain. I would not recommend this restaurant. To the manager, I already left a review online to the page you kept re-directing others to. Very disappointing. Go to the other Jack-in the Box.
