EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!! Food , customer service, everything ! I had to return not once but twice & they STILL messed up my order.. I was HIGHLY NOT satisfied, morning shift isn’t the problem all the time but night shift messes up everytime ! I’m very disappointed .. I would NEVER order or eat here again .. please hire new people

Jack in The box by far is the best fast food breakfast ever for about $6/$7 dollaS per person you can EAT good I mean real good.

The food was great so at least you have good cooks, but the guy who served my food not only has no customer service but has these super long fake nails which as someone who works in fast food, is definitely a health code violation and just dirty🤮lobby was dirty, soda machine in the front out of almost every flavor, no napkins, and workers just sitting on the counter doing nothing when they could be fixing all of this. SMH.

The food was disgusting and not edible. Burrito wrapper covered with sauce, inside and out, and the tortilla ripped open in several places. Impossible to eat. Nasty, cold burger that tasted stale and old. On top of that, I waited 10 minutes past ETA shown on the app. I wrote them to ask for a refund and they ghosted me. Will NEVER go back. Nasty food, prices somehow higher than competitors, and no support. Waste of my time and money.

Well thos is now a re review. Place has gone down hill to ehere ill never return. Now they are substituting sauses that are not approved by jack in the box in little dixie single serving cups and the employees are beyind ignorant and rude.

Why did ibgive atmosphere a 1. Well because I see them installing kiosks to get rid of people working the front counter. Well the minute you get rid of people to work the counter is the minute I stop coming to your chain.

People we need to stand up against the loss of jobs and stand for the creation if jobs. Amd if you want more people to enjoy your product then people

This location got these young kids in it and they simply do not care! I pull up to the drive thru and try and place an order the chick acts like she can’t hear what I am saying so I pull around to the front and attempt to go in she locks the door and says they are closed. I will be talking to the guy tomorrow (I believe the manager) with the pretty nails that is there during the day about his night staff 👎🏽

My family of 6 have lived in this neighborhood before this place opened up. It was great service then, friendly and clean. Now it’s the worst it’s been. It’s dirty, customer service forget it they all have an attitude especially the Manager, Anna, who worked on 7/17/25 at 6:30pm. So rude and severely lacking customer service. She gave me a whole lecture with a frown on her face that I cannot order from the window next time and proudly stated she’s the manager. How?! I added one additional item and there was absolutely no one in the drive through at all behind me. That was info she could’ve left out or at least say it with a smile instead of a pissed off face. When we got home our order was missing 2 things. I took the loss because the outcome would not be worth it if I went back up there. Sad that the neighborhood fast food has gone in the dumps by the employees and especially the manager that is managing it. Jack needs to be informed of the kind of management that they hire. The last thing that Anna did was slam the drive thru window at me with my 3 grandkids in the car. If the corporate office would like to discuss this matter further please feel free to reach out to me. Anna is poorly representing your company.

Went through the drive through was asked to repeat my order. Girl in drive through confirms my order back to me. Get home. 2 jr cheeseburgers instead of 2 jr jumbo Jack's. Go back ( luckily they're close) tell her they made a mistake and she wants to charge the difference lol. 0.39 cents I told her no way and then a morbidly obese manager came over to figure out what's going on and why she wasn't charging me. I know damn well if that guy went to a buffet and got his own order wrong he'd ask for a refund.
