Got my orders wrong twice, never ask if I need ketchup or anything, 1 napkin...really! Lucky for them its close by and no other places to go.

This location got these young kids in it and they simply do not care! I pull up to the drive thru and try and place an order the chick acts like she can’t hear what I am saying so I pull around to the front and attempt to go in she locks the door and says they are closed. I will be talking to the guy tomorrow (I believe the manager) with the pretty nails that is there during the day about his night staff 👎🏽

My family of 6 have lived in this neighborhood before this place opened up. It was great service then, friendly and clean. Now it’s the worst it’s been. It’s dirty, customer service forget it they all have an attitude especially the Manager, Anna, who worked on 7/17/25 at 6:30pm. So rude and severely lacking customer service. She gave me a whole lecture with a frown on her face that I cannot order from the window next time and proudly stated she’s the manager. How?! I added one additional item and there was absolutely no one in the drive through at all behind me. That was info she could’ve left out or at least say it with a smile instead of a pissed off face. When we got home our order was missing 2 things. I took the loss because the outcome would not be worth it if I went back up there. Sad that the neighborhood fast food has gone in the dumps by the employees and especially the manager that is managing it. Jack needs to be informed of the kind of management that they hire. The last thing that Anna did was slam the drive thru window at me with my 3 grandkids in the car. If the corporate office would like to discuss this matter further please feel free to reach out to me. Anna is poorly representing your company.

Went through the drive through was asked to repeat my order. Girl in drive through confirms my order back to me. Get home. 2 jr cheeseburgers instead of 2 jr jumbo Jack's. Go back ( luckily they're close) tell her they made a mistake and she wants to charge the difference lol. 0.39 cents I told her no way and then a morbidly obese manager came over to figure out what's going on and why she wasn't charging me. I know damn well if that guy went to a buffet and got his own order wrong he'd ask for a refund.

The survey on the receipt didn’t work, unfortunately. Just wanted to give the workers two giant thumbs up. Tonight 6/28/25 at 11:40pm, I waited in the drive through, it took longer than expected but that’s okay. Meant that the food would be fresh. Which it was. Ordered an ultimate cheeseburger, Jr chicken sandwich and two tacos. Thank you!

Usually I love coming here for the food because it's always hot but the service was slow and the girls taking our order we're laughing, touching their hair with their gloves, and for some reason one had her bonnet halfway on and NO hair net??. Personally I was very disgusted and it makes me not want to come back 🤢

Most wonderful gawd damn costumer service ever hands down. Sweet heart of a human being, God bless her she had red hair, forgot her name. And they were understaffed also. (it was 12:00pm btw) 😃😃😃

Omg the girls today were absolutely amazing! Jasmine and Katie were so friggen nice and full of life they made us the best food today my wife loved the fries they came out blazing hot we appreciate it and those tacos omg gas ! We asked for extra lettuce and extra sauce and they made them too good they both had amazing attitudes and great personalities it was a pleasure eating lunch with them today 10/10 service
