If I could give less than one store, I actually would I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes and I have not received my order. I don’t know if it’s the employees or not because I refuse to speak to anyone for waiting this long.

Straight BUMS work in this establishment, Especially the night staff. They will happily serve you food late at night that's been sitting there since the morning time. If there is a corner they can cut, they'll take it. BUMS. Maybe that's why y'all stuck in that crap hole.

Train your staff on customer service or get rid of them. I would like a district or regional director to contact me that has home training not an hourly employee that considers themselves a manager or GM.

I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes before they actually took my order and then I ordered a combo meal and two tacos and only received the burger and tacos. Also they did not have anything to drink but diet so I got water.

I went through the drive-thru and nobody was helping me. No one was in the speaker I. No one even answers the speaker. So I drove away to go to the window or to leave because I had a car on the back and there was a car in front of me the car was there for so long but they did not even got food. I left because it was getting late for work and I went to Burger King. I will never go to Jack in the box.

Horrible customer service. She got the order incredibly wrong at the speaker, made me drive to the window anyway, she wasn't listening at all and got the order completely wrong AGAIN. It was only 5 items! Gave me the wrong drinks and overcharged me, so I had to go inside. The young girl with the star tattoos on her neck who was working drive-thru ignored me and walked away. She doesn't give a CRAP about doing her job correctly, and she acted like I was at fault and was inconveniencing her. Food, when I finally got it, was cold and gross. The website to leave a complaint doesn't work at all, which is good for the workers at this store. 100% a negative experience. Never going back.

Very polite, and courteous, late, night drive through service. Young guy usually there always makes sure my Food is always fresh and hot, order is correct, and if I need extra sauce/napkins, no issues.I really appreciate they stay open late!IMO They really should pay their staff a starting pay, as well or better than Taco Bell next door, at the very least.

This location is a mess. I won't buy from here again. They took my order, let me pay, then told me they were out of everything. My salad was chicken on top of weak lettuce and a few carrots. Out of ranch. Out of my tea. No crouton. Literally gross. I think you need new management. Normally, Jack locations are on the ball. The window guy was nice. Not his fault inventory not maintained.

Jack in the Box #7249 -7161 W Craig Road, Friday, 8.11.23, 3:53pm - What a disappointment this place is.. service people have no social skills, don't provide napkins or sauces for their terrible 'foods'. I ordered the two tacos, yeah, $1.79, a new increased price by almost 30%.. the male voice, 'Trenton'?, came thru the speaker .. "Order when ready" Hi, I just wanna get the two tacos, please. "Second window" Thank you!No personality, didn't ask if i wanted anything else, didn't quote me the price of the order. At the window, paid the $1.94 and got my tacos ... no napkins, no hot sauces, no 'thank you, come again', or 'come again'. No class. And, No returning to this place.. disgusting unappreciative kids Jack, you have a major problem with this place and need lots of customer relations training. And, while you're at it, bring back the original trio of Monster Tacos!

Food is good 9/10 times. They're also pretty good about remembering sauce and napkins. The drive through can backup though so be prepared to wait up to 20 mins during peak times.
