Tried to order a strawberry shake on 6/12/25 via the drive thru. Only to be told by the employee that they didn't have shakes that day. It's 100 degrees outside and they don't have any shakes?!! Advice to mgmt: you should post a sign on your drive-thru board saying this location has no shakes before people waste their time by pulling into the drive thru.

Avoid this location, manager on duty Claudia I believe was here name. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before my arrival, food sat out cold. I told her I was running behind and would appreciate hot food. She said it wasn’t her problem. I reiterated that if I was given old food I would reach out to her boss. Terrible service.

This location sucks. Lived near it for 14 years now. Every few years it seems we try again to remember why we don't go here. This time, we got coupons in the mail and decided to try again. At 8:00 PM they have the dining room closed, a ridiculous line in the drive through, and people parked out front waiting for their food from the drive through. I think I'll remember NEVER to try this place again.

Waited at the drive-through for 8 minutes when I said kindly said representative rudely said just a moment. There was no one in line! Then I waited 4 minutes, then the representative that gave my payment and gave me my food.

Went at 145am and no one even responded when I went through the drive thru. Thought it was 24 hours. 😒 Thankfully Taco Bell was next door.

I tried to order here and they would not open their doors to me. Hours were clearly posted until midnight. At 11.25 p.m. they would not serve me. Never again will I go to this place. So sad for the franchisee who has lost a customer at their location forever. The "supervisor" decided to close early and when I asked to order without going through the drive through, threatened to call the cops on me. Don't go here ever! He literally told me to order from the next door taco bell as that is where the rest of my family was ordering from.
