I stopped at this Jack in the Box today and had a very concerning experience. Before ordering, I used the restroom and was alarmed to find that there was no soap available. That means for a good portion of the day, both employees and customers could not properly wash their hands.
I immediately brought this to the cashier’s attention. He mentioned that he had just started his shift and would refill the soap dispenser after taking my order. However, after some time passed and even as I sat and observed, no soap was ever replaced in the restroom.
As a customer, it’s unsettling to think about food being prepared and handled without access to basic sanitation supplies. While I was able to rinse my hands with water and use my own hand sanitizer, this is not an acceptable substitute for soap, especially in a food service environment.
This location really needs to tighten up on its cleanliness and health standards. Hand soap is not optional—it’s a requirement for food safety and public health.

Monday, 4 August 2pm. Drive thru craziness. Ordered as normal at window. Got to window. Was told soda machine acting up. Gave me part of my order & asked to go wait in front. Came out with most of the order, but no sauces requested and no drink too. Was told sodas unavail. Switched to an ice tea. Came back with part of the sauces correct. No SW salad sauce and the drink was not ice tea, but some watetered down soda. Store wasn't busy so not sure why this place is going south on service. I don't want to go back..

A wonderful man working at around 2:50-3:00 am July 27th gave me 5 ranch sauces without asking for more. Some places like some Wendy’s won’t even give me extra even if I offer to pay for them

I’D GIVE EVERYTHING A NEGATIVE 1000 IF I COULD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Idk if we just got them on a bad night or what but the food was HORRIBLEE. The burgers were dry and seems like they had been sitting for HOURS. The fries are cold, chicken sandwiches were disgusting. The only thing that was remotely goodwere the jalapeño poppers. & the fact that i ordered the food, had it delivered, was missing HALF OF MY FOOD THEN HAD TO LEAVE MY HOTEL TO TRAVEL AND GET THE FOOD THAT WAS MISSING AND HAD THEM MAKE IT OVER AGAIN AND THE FOOD WAS STILL DRY, NASTY, DISGUSTING & COLD & this was the first time EVER trying this establishment cause i stay on the other side of the US. PLUS! Let's not forget the TACOS. they were stale on one part and soggy in the middle . This was THE WORST experience of food ive ever had in Vegas & honestly this store needs to either be restarted or closed down!!!!!!! Waste of my time and money

Tried to order a strawberry shake on 6/12/25 via the drive thru. Only to be told by the employee that they didn't have shakes that day. It's 100 degrees outside and they don't have any shakes?!! Advice to mgmt: you should post a sign on your drive-thru board saying this location has no shakes before people waste their time by pulling into the drive thru.
Avoid this location, manager on duty Claudia I believe was here name. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before my arrival, food sat out cold. I told her I was running behind and would appreciate hot food. She said it wasn’t her problem. I reiterated that if I was given old food I would reach out to her boss. Terrible service.
This location sucks. Lived near it for 14 years now. Every few years it seems we try again to remember why we don't go here. This time, we got coupons in the mail and decided to try again. At 8:00 PM they have the dining room closed, a ridiculous line in the drive through, and people parked out front waiting for their food from the drive through. I think I'll remember NEVER to try this place again.
Waited at the drive-through for 8 minutes when I said kindly said representative rudely said just a moment. There was no one in line! Then I waited 4 minutes, then the representative that gave my payment and gave me my food.
Horrible service. Not enough employees to handle the restaurant. 1 person handling drive through and front. Two cooking, and don't help deliver food at the counter.
