They SUCK! Especially the crew that works agtet the sun goes down. We understand we’re eating fast food but when we ask for the food to be fresh dropped can we get it? Unfortunately this is this closest one to me and they need to hire a whole new staff for the shift. You ask for fresh food that’s not sitting around and all u ordered was tacos and curly fries and get home and fries are cold and cheese from tacos aren’t melted and the whole taco is drenched in grease that’s brown and I know it’s OLD! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. This isn’t a first! If I had the choice to not put any stars it would be 0

Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. We didn’t even get to order our food. Even when there was one car at the window and they left, no one asked for our order. We ended up having a line behind us and even the car behind us left. We just left because if they took this long to even take our order I can only imagine how long it’ll take to make the order. They weren’t even busy when we got there! Ridiculous.

When I got my order everything was messed up items were missing ! It felt like everyone working there was messing up on purpose, the tacos were super super oily like the oil was old The wrap I got was not the right order I was missing food and my food was thrown in the bag ! worst jack in the box I been too unacceptable HORRIBLE SERVICE !

I got a full dose of bad service and foul attitude with today’s drive thru cashier named Rosemary. The wait was longer than usual so she asked me to drive around…no big deal. Only partial order was delivered to my car so I drove back around to explain the missing items. I gave Rosemary my receipt and before looking at, she points at my box meal and asked “is it in there?” I explained the problem wasn’t the box, but with the other items I ordered that were missing. She went on to check the receipt (the one she made 7 minutes prior) and says “oh” then hands me a bag of food and says nothing. I asked for some taco sauce. Shes peevishly responds “I put some in the bag.” Without looking, I asked for more. She hands me the sauce and again the awkward silence. When I got home I checked all the bags…Sure enough, no sauce to be found! There was no thank you, no apology, nno acknowledgment of her mistake and now no repeat business from me.

To the woman who took me and my sister’s order this morning at 2-3 am, you’re amazing! I am 5 months pregnant, and if you know anything about pregnancy, you know it’s vital to get your cravings. We didn’t have a car and the lobby was closed, so she let us order through the drive-thru. She didn’t seem annoyed, had a positive attitude, and served us everything hot with extra sauce and tacos. I hope you see this girly because you deserve a raise or something. God bless <3 I don’t live on this side of town, but if I have the chance, I’ll be back here to spend my money. Thank you, and definitely go try their new spicy tiny tacos loaded!
