online it says this location is 24 hours. everytime we go (around 1am) its always a different excuse. "not accepting in person orders" "fryers are off for the night". you shouldn't be advertising 24 hour service if you are going to shut your fryers off at 1am. we placed an order on the app, we pulled up to the restaurant & she said the fryers were off for the night. the app said the order was complete but she said the order never came through on her screen. just a big waste of time and waste of money because there was no way to cancel the order, since the order was "complete". now we have to speak to management in the morning to get our money back. sad i had to leave this review but this was not the first or even fourth time this has happened. dont waste your time. find somewhere else to eat.

If they are open it's usually before midnight. The wait time is herendous, and the new experience is, we are only taking pick up orders. Are you picking up, the. I can't help you. really? I just want chocolate over load cake. I'm not who they have running or who supervises that person but... But I.k. I'm very disappointed that I can't order when they are open and even more disappointed that they advertise 24 hrs but closed as it suites them. Waste of time most early mornings. But I really like the overload cake. Plus with just getting the cake, they can't make my food wrong.

They either yell at you from their car that they’re closed or yell obnoxiously at me through the headset. They close this store down all night long and send customers away its not even 24hours.

First of all your systems reset at night but it doesn't close the whole store down all night long like from 1am-6am. This location is never open and they're hella rude. Yelling at people from a distance and closing everything down.

Jack in the Box, or as I like to call it, "Mistake in the Box," has turned my food orders into a comedy of errors. On Christmas, my taco request for just meat and cheese became a holiday remix of everything but that. I even pre-tipped in hopes of a taco miracle, but alas, the food folly continued. When I tried to call for help and get this issue corrected it seemed like they were playing a game of "mute the customer." Every attempt to get the name of the person on the line turned into a mute-fest. I felt like I stumbled into a taco-themed silent film, one that doesn't hold the sauce- ever.. To resolve the culinary chaos, they insisted I bring back the tacos. It looks like I'll be making a return trip - my wallet is on a diet from all the wasted cash and added incentives tips that got me nowhere. Pro tip: Use the app to save yourself the trouble and ensure your food matches your order. The food order I received today was incorrect - -wrong size shakes made, cold fries/cold onion rings/cold mini tacos/churro box . Not even edible Cheeseburgers missing cheese... no sauces in bag and the drive thru for the pickup order took almost 20 minutes. Very disorganized staff . Very displeased with this 28$ order

How is this place 24 hours but when I come at 12am 1am Or 2am or 3am they say they are closed for the night. Or they say their systems are down. Or give some other excuse as to why they can’t offer service. This is hands down the worst location. The employees are rude and don’t ever want to work they are always giving an excuse at any time of the day as to why they “can’t” do something. Something has to change the management or something this is ridiculous at this point.
