I've gotten sick about four times after eating at this Jack in the box, and after each time getting sick I recall a group of high school / college aged employees, with big smiles and laughs as I was getting my food. After this fourth time I'm never going back, I got the buy one get one free Jumbo Jack through the Uber Eats app, but I pick up myself, and I was sick for 24 hours.

You have a drink machine that can do any flavor combo and you keep limiting it. I want my orange coke back please! They made it orange vanilla which was ok but come on.....can make just about any combo and your not. Orange coke was freaking bomb!

So i order a chicken sandwich and add pickles. I expect to be charged. And was charged .30 per sandwich. They gave me 1 small pickle on each sandwich for .30. Just a reminder for all of us to never support corporations like jack in the box!

I really hope the owner of this business reads the reviews. So around 1:50am 08/17/2024 I arrived at the drive-thru to only be refused service telling me they were only accepting mobile orders. Which makes no sense when they weren't even busy. I was the only person in the drive-thru. It was a gentleman on the intercom and a woman making food. They refused to give me any names to report to management. Guess this younger generation runs these business now. I won't ever be going back with my business or family.

The hours of operation say they are open 24/7 but when you go around 1 or 2 am there are cones in front of the drive through blocking the entrance so if you could updates your hours so it can be know I get off work at 1:30am and jacks the only thing open around this time
lol I’ll never come here again I live down the street and never was questioned about my money but she looks at a dollar bill like bringing fake ones if that’s the case check everyone who paid cash not just me! Embarrassing and it wasn’t even fake

I came to this place two days in a row from work. I work construction from 8pm-6am. This location says it opens at 6am, so I figured I’d get some food at this location. The first day I went drive through and he said it opens at 7am. The next day I see a worker knocking on the door, so I asked “what time does this place open?” The worker knocking on the door asks her co worker and she replies “we open 7:30am.” I ain’t no rocket scientist, but I know damn well I can read 6am opening. Who the hell runs this place? Tell me you’re not a morning person without telling me you’re not a morning person or just plain out lazy and loves to waste people time.
