They say they are open but the teenagers running this place close the lobby at 6pm moat days. Its 8 exactly right now and the lobby been locked for a while now.And no you all aren't cleaning either.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been going to Jack In The Box since I was a kid, almost 30 years. Today, at this location, I had the worst food and experience I have ever had. Ordered TWO chicken sandwiches with sauce and pickles, two ingredients. The sandwich is supposed to be smothered in sauce. Get home, no pickles on either and such a small amount of sauce, you can barely taste it. 6.50 for piece of chicken on a bun. I order a milkshake at 9:30pm, they close at 12:30am mind you, "we are out of milkshakes." Guys were rude, didn't bother to give napkins or ask if my pregnant wife and I wanted any sauces. Absolute disgrace of a location, truly appalling.

I have came to this location 2 days in a row between 9am and 930 am and the dine in was closed despite saying it opened at 6 am. When I do go in, the staff tell me they'll be with me in a minute while they stand around and talk with each other.

Awful visit to this location...my bf and I needed a quick dinner after a long day of work. What we got was other half of a toasted bread of a sourdough combo#1 meal and i had #3 combo that's been sitting under the heat lamp all day with stale fries...they either need to make changes or fire the cook!!!! I have pictures to prove it too!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Also, walked in to order food and there was a exterminator for BUGS spraying the dining room and the kitchen. As soon as I was ordering my food the cashier had no idea what I ordered after I already told her 3x. As soon as I ordered she said "one moment" then walked away and started making tacos? I was confused because then I was like I haven't ordered yet. Then another guy with a ponytail walks over and puts up his finger to say one moment. He then approaches the register for me to complete my order and tells me I couldn't order iced coffee because he doesn't have any. I said ok but then he gives me the total of my order and I pay for it. Then I look at my receipt and find that he charged me for an iced coffee. As I receive my food I ask for my iced coffee since he charged me and he tells me he only has black coffee which comes with the meal. I told him he charged me for iced coffee and then turns to the side and starts talking to another customer totally ignoring me. Great job on learning how to steal my money and not giving me the product you so deemed to up charge me with. If I could give ZERO stars I totally would. I will never return there and I hope after watching the exterminator spray the dining room and the kitchen that this place soon closes for dirty dining! As for the cashier I hope you get karma and someone charges you for stuff you don't order then refuses to give you your money back!

Mostly what you know and expect. Good location at rainbow and windmill in the Smiths shopping center. Smith's has a gas station. Large shopping center with a variety of things in it.

I never been more disappointed. I got a chicken salad. Had literally more chicken than salad. All the green salad was sticks and stems. Just disrespectful.

Just trash all the way around. I ordered a salad it was full of stems. No salad at all. What a way to appreciate people who support your business. Soon enough it's going to catch up to you. The blue diamond location always offers great service and delicious food it's worth the drive.
