Good burgers, tacos are super crispy and good. I was most surprised by the egg roll which was delicious. I suggest the curly fries!

I’m about done with fast food - $10 for three egg-rolls and a large drink (that is more like a medium now!). Plus, I ordered diet Dr Pepper but got regular, so I had to throw it out as it’d make my stomach hurt.

Everything was good until we got home and noticed our $4 onion rings weren't in the bag. That's what happens when you are tired and forget to check inside the bag. We still eat here regularly because the food and service are good. Everyone has a bad day, and mistakes are made.

The food was great, but the lack of customization options was disappointing. I ordered two tacos, expecting to add extra cheese, jalapeños, and onions as I typically do at other locations. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not offer any modifications, which significantly impacted my experience.
While I enjoyed the flavor, the inability to customize my order made it clear that this location does not meet the standard I’ve come to expect. As a result, I won’t be returning. I rated the food three stars—not five, as I have at nearly every other Jack in the Box—because of this limitation.
The quality is there, but the flexibility isn’t. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I had an issue with my order on new years morning, I ordered through the app but the store closed that day and didn't receive my food. I came on the 2nd and Abraham made it right without hesitation, he was professional and provided the customer service that isn't seen as much now a days, thank you!

1. One of the items I ordered, Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger, I found little white pieces inside the burger. I discovered them during chewing. I ultimately had to spit the whole bite out and eventually wasted half of the burger because there were more than a few of such little pieces. 2. Had to wait 25 minutes or more for the food where the app said only 7 to 9 minutes was needed. 3. Taco had too much sauce. As a result, the Taco was soaking wet. The shell, not only, was not crunchy, but it also stuck to the paper bag wrapping. I tried to take it out from the paper wrapping, the Taco was then broke into pieces, and the whole thing eventually turned into a bagful of mess.
