1. One of the items I ordered, Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger, I found little white pieces inside the burger. I discovered them during chewing. I ultimately had to spit the whole bite out and eventually wasted half of the burger because there were more than a few of such little pieces. 2. Had to wait 25 minutes or more for the food where the app said only 7 to 9 minutes was needed. 3. Taco had too much sauce. As a result, the Taco was soaking wet. The shell, not only, was not crunchy, but it also stuck to the paper bag wrapping. I tried to take it out from the paper wrapping, the Taco was then broke into pieces, and the whole thing eventually turned into a bagful of mess.

I live around the corner and have been coming here for years. This is consistently the best location I've ever been too. They seem to actually care here. The food is usually always fresh and they almost never get your order wrong. Seriously, this is probably the best one in town. The manager takes pride in running a tight ship. Their tacos are consistently excellent and the same goes for their chicken teriyaki bowls, nuggets, and burgers. The line usually moves pretty fast and the people are always friendly. They have a lot of homeless people and fentanyl addicts that hang around in this area so I'm sure the employees have to put up with a lot of shit, but they always seem to keep their cool and remain professional. It's not a dangerous area really, no gangbanging or anything, just a lot of homeless drug addicts. But ya 5/5 from me, good job team.
