I come to this jack-in-a-box quite frequently. Because I work in the area and the lady that takes my order is super friendly. Always kind and they've only gotten my order. Wrong. Once no egg, no cheese severely allergic. But they always make sure that they correct the item. And I appreciate that.

I’m about done with fast food - $10 for three egg-rolls and a large drink (that is more like a medium now!). Plus, I ordered diet Dr Pepper but got regular, so I had to throw it out as it’d make my stomach hurt.

Everything was good until we got home and noticed our $4 onion rings weren't in the bag. That's what happens when you are tired and forget to check inside the bag. We still eat here regularly because the food and service are good. Everyone has a bad day, and mistakes are made.

The food was great, but the lack of customization options was disappointing. I ordered two tacos, expecting to add extra cheese, jalapeños, and onions as I typically do at other locations. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not offer any modifications, which significantly impacted my experience.
While I enjoyed the flavor, the inability to customize my order made it clear that this location does not meet the standard I’ve come to expect. As a result, I won’t be returning. I rated the food three stars—not five, as I have at nearly every other Jack in the Box—because of this limitation.
The quality is there, but the flexibility isn’t. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
