This was our first time. OUR FIRST TIME.My family and i decided we trat ourselves to jack in the box. I mean "fluffy" made it famous to us east coast folk. Honestly dont meet your heros. There isnt anything magical anymore about fast food. Its just a burger. Theres this entire theme and in the room just pictures of him working out. -____-You need a new direction in marketing branding and im sure the staff can only be a reflection of its teachers. Shame on you jack in the box. Take it from someone who is about shiw business. Your 1 start up away from losing your un deserved seat on that fast food pedestal.But dag nabbit that burger was good!!! <---you can have that. =] ?

“THE MANAGER CALLED THE POLICE ON MY DAUGHTER!”I am highly upset! I sent my daughter to your Jack and she ordered $30 worth of food & drinks. There's this “minor” taking the order. She gets to the window and the size of the drink is wrong. She tells your employee that it was not the right size. He debates with her that is not what you order. She says that it was. She says it's not a problem and why are you making a big deal about it, I'll just pay the difference for a large. The manager, this fool tells my daughter to stop yelling he's just a minor! She says what? I'm not yelling at him and you should be telling him not to keep going back and forth making an argument over this when you didn't hear how he's talking to me, a customer. The “manager” starts in on her instead of handling the situation in a professional and appropriate manner. He tells her to leave. My daughter says ok, give me my money back, it's not a problem! He then refuses and says I'm calling the police!!! The police!!! The police!! I have them in my family & they HATE STUPID UNNECESSARY CALLS LIKE THIS! I'm afraid for my daughter's life because I don't know what this lying man said to them in order for the cops to be called & dispatched!! I told my daughter when she called me to stay put because he had to lie to them for the police to come and if you left they might come looking for you!! But I believe he called the owners & they called the police!! SMDH!I told her to call 911! & explain what's going on!!She told him that she was waiting for the police and that she called them too.I own a home in the area, retired from the county & ran my own business, and have one now. So I know what it takes to serve customers and deal with employees and this location has failed! The bad ones get glorified positions, and they're all of Mexican descent. ?They're rude, they laugh like it's a joke, they snap at you, and are very hostile. The Mexican woman cooking food is always friendly and professional! This manager tonight I believe is the same one who called the police on me for complaints about cheese on my tacos!! Scolded me for him having to make them again!!! This culture of laziness and privilege is unbelievable!! Why have you as owners kept allowing these incidents to happen!! In Neighborhood there are complaints! On Yelp. On Google!! Everywhere and your reply is the same response as if you don't know what's happening! All the complaints are never addressed which results in an action of change! Much as my kids like Jack the service here is subpar and the food sometimes matches it, cause they do not care! (depending on who is on duty) The employees make the others who are good look and feel bad!! Tension is transferrable!!As an owner, this is all your fault, if this location is privately owned it not you have made most of the ppl who live in these homes and surrounding areas, frustrated and you have done us a disservice!Spend our hard-earned $!We want to eat out fast & go home! & NOT be treated like an annoyance!! This man should not be a manager. He seems racist ( how many whites have he called the police on for just simply complaining).He's an ignorant, entitled, idiotic fool who calls the police on your customers who aren't committing any criminal acts!!The police had to go in there to get my $$ and the other one told my daughter that it's the environment we live in as to why these employees act like this. Staff is not very friendly. Every time I have gone inside this Jack in the Box restaurant, there are 1-3 homeless men and women sitting at the tables, sleeping, or just hanging out, or coming in to use the bathroom. Loitering shouldn't be allowed at an eatery. This also happens down the street at Wendy's on S. Jones and Flamingo.

Tonight tonight!!!!!!! When I tell you!! I can't wait to talk to corporate!! I order a number 10 medium curly fries/ I SAID LARGE LEMONADE. Large Gingerale. #25 breakfast sandwich with orange juice. I get to the window. There's a young Caucasian male and. Hispanic male with glasses. A young Hispanic girl in the back. I tell the young Caucasian male I see you only gave me one Large drink it should be 2. He responds and says no you said medium. I say no I actually didn't i said a medium curly fry and Large lemonade. He says no again you said medium. I said sir I know what I said. I said can YOU PLEASE switch that out to a Large I will pay extra if I have to. He says yea but you said you wanted a MEDIUM! I said are you serious ? What's the big deal i said I'll pay. He said you already paid and i say I'm not going to argue with you because you want to be right over a drink!? Then the Hispanic male looks at me and I see him making my now large lemonade and laughs says somethings under his breath, then starts putting so much ice in my drink barely any beverage. I say you know what. Idk what's funny idk what the issue is I just want my food and go and. I don't want all that ice in my drink. Then this so called manager rushes up and says what's going on what's going on. Mind you this is all in the drive through. I say this Mann is arguing about a drink he goes and. Abraham the "manager" says no no you will not yell at my workers like that they're minors ?! I said what ?! I'm not yelling for one ! They're. I speak to dispatcher and explain all what transpired. Then the officers showed up and cam to the drive through line to talked to me and i explained to them what happened. They were so polite and understanding. They asked me what is it that I wanted to do. I wanted to have something in writing and then thee other officer asked did you get your food I said no Abraham didn't give me anything not my food and not my money. I told them exactly what Abraham said, that's Abraham told me to get out off his line and that he wasn't going to give me money and leave ! And the officer went right inside of Jack in the box and gave me my money back ! To the man, Caucasian male running thee drive through I don't know what kind of sick game you're playing, causing keeping up drama. Arguing and then lying but trust me love long enough and being like that will soon catch up to you. You need to fired.
