I just wanted to say that the 30+ years that I've been going to Jack in the Box. Not one time have they ever tripped off the amount of sauce they give you within reason. Tonight I ordered the Jack munchie meal, with the cluck sandwich, onion rings, curly fries, and a three piece jumbo egg rolls. I ask for three different sauces to go along with what I ordered, honey mustard, sweet and sour, and ranch. The young lady that took my order didn't have an issue with my request as far as the condiments, and i never specified how many because of how generous they've been in the past. All of a sudden this white guy with long hair come to the window and say that the young lady had an issue with the amount of sauce that I ask for, and that next time he would have to charge me more. Remind you I only ask for the three sauces thinking they would give me enough sauce for the meal that I ordered. Long story short, this guy made a big deal over three sauces, even after I agreed to pay for it. I say all this after getting home and realizing that they only put three sauces in the damn bag. I will never go back no matter how close this restaurant is to my home

I order THE SAME THING everytime I come here, tacos with no cheese, I’m lactose so I can’t eat anything dairy. Everytime I come here they put cheese on it, I’ve worked fast food before, all you have to do is read a damn ticket and follow instructions, why is that so hard for yall to do?

My wife and I stood alone at the counter in front of some woman who was messing with the registers didn't even acknowledge us. We stood there for 7 minutes and just turn around and left. to fries look like they've been sitting there for quite a while I'm glad I didn't eat here.

Black light skin girl that was working morning on the headset has horrible customer service I had asked her for a bag to take my order to go instead because my ride arrived early and she just threw a paper bag on the counter as she rolled her eyes kept looking at me weird idk why you guys hire rude people like her
Good food, but pricey. I like that they have the fancy coke machine with many flavors, but at times there are limited options due to them running out. Love the Sourdough Jack, curley fries, and Jumbo Jack.
For fast food, Jack in the box does it best. Every meal is made to order. Drive thru might be a bit slow, but it's not a burger sitting in a warmer, it's made fresh, I love that! And all the locations I've been to, even if there are old fries, they make fresh ones and push aside the fries that were sitting. I've never been served fries that were sitting out, ever. And for that quality, it's cheaper than the competition. Very impressive.

This location is hit or miss. Sadly, I usually get the food either cold or over cooked. The service has been OK and the dining area, the times I've been inside, seemed pretty clean. In general, I give this location 3 stars, but today their service was 4 stars, remaking an app order for me so that I would get it to its final destination mor warm than cold. Thank you again for not giving me any grief for my request. I appreciated it very much! :)
