I ordered the chicken strips and they were so overcooked that the meat was completely dry and inedible. I just wasted $10 on nothing that was edible. The fries were cold. The drink was completely watered down tasted like they hadn’t changed the CO2 canister because it wasn’t good. I got totally ripped off. The employees were joking around inside and clearly not paying attention to how long they were cooking my food because it was disgusting.

I just wanted to say that the 30+ years that I've been going to Jack in the Box. Not one time have they ever tripped off the amount of sauce they give you within reason. Tonight I ordered the Jack munchie meal, with the cluck sandwich, onion rings, curly fries, and a three piece jumbo egg rolls. I ask for three different sauces to go along with what I ordered, honey mustard, sweet and sour, and ranch. The young lady that took my order didn't have an issue with my request as far as the condiments, and i never specified how many because of how generous they've been in the past. All of a sudden this white guy with long hair come to the window and say that the young lady had an issue with the amount of sauce that I ask for, and that next time he would have to charge me more. Remind you I only ask for the three sauces thinking they would give me enough sauce for the meal that I ordered. Long story short, this guy made a big deal over three sauces, even after I agreed to pay for it. I say all this after getting home and realizing that they only put three sauces in the damn bag. I will never go back no matter how close this restaurant is to my home
This place is awesome!!! The manager is super helpful and was friendly and welcoming! The staff is amazing and we had a great time at this restaurant!! Thank you for everything!!!!
