This is going to sound irrational and supernatural, but I seem to always get a sore throat after eating here during the flu season. I do not get sick anywhere else. However, I was craving this badly, so I went two days ago... boom, another sore throat. Is this possibly due to something else? Absolutely.
I know nothing about their hygiene practices or if workers are showing up carrying pathogens, but for this to consistently happen annually whenever I come here - it's a bad omen for me personally. Eat to your heart's content here. As for me, this is probably my sign to go elsewhere. I'll miss coming to this spot.

Terrible experience for trying Jack for the first time Fries were all stuck together, could easily have been fixed by shaking the fry basket even one time, apparently thats to hard for them to do. Order was done online and specific instructions to not add mustard or ketchup was ignored, Fanta was really watered down and chicken sandwich was dry and tasted horrible. Hard tacos were soggy and soft in the middle and only outer part of taco was crunchy? Not sure if thats how its supposed to but just made it seemed like it was undercooked. On top of all that no napkins at all were given, service was decent however the food made it a terrible experience. First time at Jacks ruined : (

Went to get breakfast and the Manager Lendel was very rude and discriminative & wouldn’t give me my food. The young lady taking my order couldn’t hear me and asked me to repeat my order 5 times then asked me to pull to the window. Lendel, He stated because I raised my voice at the intercom, he wasn’t gonna service me. Very racist at this location and I’ve been a customer for years. Shavonna knows my family well but as of today, Need better management. I will pursue legal matters due to being discriminated against

I went to this place and ordered a double Smashburger plane With just ketchup and bacon on a Wednesday, October 30th at 5:30 PM. When I got home, my burger had cheese on it. I hate cheese. I will never go back there again.And how are you running a jack?In the box with no monster tacos every time I come there, my order is never right. I could not give them any stars if my food's not right.

Every time I walk to this Jack n the box (and I walk far) there dining room is closed.... EVERYTIME,. Then I'll attempt to walk thru the drive thru and they don't allow me to order! It's very frustrating! A 24 hour jack n box and you can't get service! Then they allowed a white guy to order on foot and not me! I'm definitely contacting Better Business Bureau
