So… since when was it ever okay to call customers names & insults under their breath? Just because you’re having a bad day, doesn’t mean you have to ruin other people’s day. Have the day you deserve, though.

First experience at this location.. I ordered a chicken nugget meal. Got home and had only curly fries, and in a chicken nugget box, only to find more curly fries. With this being the only place open so late, I gave it a second chance.. ordered a burger with no tomato due to an allergy.. and that's pretty much all that was on it. Will absolutely never utilize this location again. Graveyard staff.. be better.

I come to this jack in the box on Silverado ranch several times a week.....I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem.....the district manager Claudia is always respectful and Alexis the manager she has at the Silverado ranch location is always respectful and keeping her team on track...... but today on Tuesday July 15 I came in to order an eat here because it is a scorching 102 degrees outside an employee named Gloria looked at me and rudely told me to go outside....I said I have done nothing wrong an am ordering my food I ask for Alexis and she just stared at me saying nothing...

Slowest service in history, specially at night. Then they get your order wrong all the time. I had egg shells in my breakfast sandwich. This place gas to be owned by someone that doesn't care.

I walked in the workers were screaming and talking innapropriate. the food was like a 5.5/10 and the service was terrible. I ordered a 6pc french toast sticks and 2 strawberry shakes and it took 30 minutes, i went to tell them and they said they thought it was extra so they ate them and never made the shake.🤦🏽‍♂️never coming back.

I do not know what’s going on with this Jack-in-the-Box on Silverado Ranch and Bermuda in Las Vegas Nevada whenever I go there after say 3 AM they tell me it’s going to be a 45 minute wait to get my food. I don’t understand if they can’t take orders from the drive-through then they need to not be open until they can take orders. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for food and there’s nobody in line nobody inside the restaurant.

It was too bad I didn't take a pic of this disgusting burger that they served me. My phone died literally 2 minutes before his piece of artwork they gave me.. a dry burger one piece of lettuce one pickle nasty onion's ketchup when I asked for none.. threw it away instantly. Now why didn't I say anything about it was because it was free from the 40 points I collected. If I did spend one penny on that nasty burger served by two airheads that were more busy on flirting with the 2 hot chicks that were in there. Do not order here after 3 pm . The crew in the morning are way better.

I ordered almost $20 worth of food and I was disappointed, my order included a all meat breakfast burrito! A couple of pieces of sausage and a outer rap of ham and some cheese! NO BACON!
I think I paid almost $6.00 dollars!! What a rip off ! Very disappointed!!
And my order included an order of curly fries which should have been added at the end , instead I had to ask for them and received a bag that had been sitting there and was cold and included only tiny pieces!!!
Much improvement is needed!
Last month I received a plain cheeseburger that only included the bun!!!! No meat!!!
What do you think about that????

The people who work the night time are utterly atrocious at their job, made me wait 10 minutes saying they need a minute and then when they did finally take my order my meal wasn’t prepared how I asked and I was missing items from my order. The worst part about all of it was seeing the last d working the drive thru sneeze and not go wash his hands but instead start touching the food, absolutely disgusting
