Today I asked for 2 orders of tacos with no cheese or sauce and a chocolate shake. I waited the normal amount of time for the drive thru this time of night. They handed me my order and I drove off. Went through the drive through and the lady who’s working it overnight cut me off before I could ask my question. She didn’t know what I was asking for before she told me “we don’t have that anymore” I’m assuming her name is Viridia. It says “EMP Viridia” on my receipt. It’s not that big of a deal but I just found it rude and unprofessional.

Why does this location not want to give you a receipt for food ordered? So you can’t complain or return the food if a problem? More than 10 times in the last three months the cashier never gives receipt you have to ask.
