So I waited around 15 mins in the rain after going through drive thru at around 8:50-9:07pm and paid close to $40 for cold fries which look bottom of the barrel and a cold number one combo. It’s like the burger was sitting forever and they just changed the toppings. When I bite the fries they were cold. I was also supposed to get curly fries for one of the kids combos and I got regular fries. I tried to call numerous times and receive some type of accountability and it just rang through. Why would you have me wait for cold food in the rain? I won’t be coming back to this location ever.

I get out of work at 4am so I usually come here for a quick meal but for the past couple of months they have been saying we're closed or our systems are down. They switch excuses so idk what is true. But if they are closed idk why google says 24 hours.

They have a lazy night crew. They always lie and say there are no milkshakes available. I was once told they stop serving them after 8 PM, only to go to a different location in the middle of the night and they had milkshakes no problem. Go to a different Jack in the Box, other locations aren't far.

First, let me apologize for making a big order at like 1am 😭. I'm so sorry to the workers. Anyways food was great. I always get the munchie meal box cause to us, it's cheaper than getting the meal itself. The employees were nice and shout-out to our boy taking orders and handling the customers thru the drive thru.. I didn't get his name, but he was wearing a hair net and made us laugh 😤

Yesterday I went to this location around 8 pm, it's very busy, by the way, the girl at the window was very friendly, the food was fresh, I definitely recommend it.
Over charged me and the manager lied and said anything order i order regularly was right. I got a croissant with cheese nothing else. They charged me for a grilled cheese, croissant and added cheese. Make that make sense. Every dollar adds up

In serving us in vennilla.and rude the.managger a super rude person. !! During the day don't go only pm or very am what a disgusting staff!! how sad for the owner of the store

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! They charged me for 3 items I never received. Then I was told I never ordered when I requested my receipt. I was overcharged and never refunded. I have yet to be contacted by the owner , in which I will be going a step further in hopes I can receive assistance regarding this issue. For now DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!
