The food is good but the people who serve the afternoon shift until 7 at night do not know what they are selling nor do you ask them for something and they do not know what they are selling and they are late. In serving us in vennilla.and rude the.managger a super rude person. !! During the day don't go only pm or very am what a disgusting staff!! how sad for the owner of the store

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! They charged me for 3 items I never received. Then I was told I never ordered when I requested my receipt. I was overcharged and never refunded. I have yet to be contacted by the owner , in which I will be going a step further in hopes I can receive assistance regarding this issue. For now DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!

I went here today at 11:30am and sat in the drive thru for 30minutes. My order ended up being about $43.23 in which after receiving my order, I noticed 2 breakfast jacks were missing. I’m now angry because I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and receive an incorrect order. I go into the restaurant and request to have my order fixed. The manager on duty ignores me in which I have to get her attention. I tell her my issue then she doesn’t respond and walks away. I am now infuriated at this time in which I get another workers attention and re-explain my issue. She doesn’t apologize or anything and just ask to see my receipt. I go to my car to look and that’s when I noticed he never handed me a receipt. So I go back in the store and inform them I was never handed a receipt but can she please reprint the receipt so she can see the order. She then replies and says “You never ordered from us and you didn’t pay” at this point I am now very angry in which I pull my phone out to go to my bank transactions and inform her the charge is literally right here. I also brought the food back in the building in which she let her ego control the situation and continued to say I never paid and I never ordered. So after a few times she then says she’s calling the cops. She called the cops but I left because my kids and wife were at home ready to eat and I didn’t want to waste any more time. I didn’t assault anyone, didn’t destroy the establishment, I am a customer that paid in good faith in which my order was incorrect. The customer service was very bad there she was also huffing and puffing while I was ordering as if I was ordering to many items.

That being said, as a known local that has been coming to this location for years, I will not be returning after today. Also would like to speak with management or someone that can correct this issue, cause once I requested to have a managers number for a complaint , she decline my request and called the cops on me. I look forward to hearing something because I am still very unhappy. I have also attached screenshots of my order and have video footage but it says it’s too large to attached in which I will upload online if I am not contacted. Thank you.

I came to this place because jack in the box is always good for lunch early in the morning most of the time. However today 01/20 was not a good experience period. The employee that placed my order was mopping the dining room. She gave my debit card to the drive-thru cashier N he misplaced it or gave it to the wrong person in drive-thru. So I had to call my bank N report it lost or stolen so they can block it permanently N send me a new one . So won't be coming back here period. Need to be more careful with your customers orders N personal belongings period. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 000 STAR RATING. 😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've never really been into Jack in the Box, just grew up on chicken nuggets from across the street. I'm a graveshifter so 24 hour places are my go to for dinner. Now I get off a little later I stop in here since they're serving only breakfast across the street -_-. Foods alright 5/5 rating on taste but because fast food prices are so inflated right now I've gotta dock a point on value. The thing that keeps me coming back most though is the lady that works the drive through in the early AM. She's so nice and bubbly and I always drive away smiling.

I paid for my food, got my drink, and drove off. Without my food. When I went back, about 5 minutes later, the cashier, Alma, had it waiting for me. BTW I commend the cooks on serving fresh, hot food!

WALKING SIDEWALKS AND CROSSWALKS BUT SAFTEY IS IMPORTANT AND CARMERAS ON CORERS AND ON RESTAURANTS THAT HAVE DRIVE THRU OR ONES THAT HAVE VALETS, THIS IS THE SPORTS CAPITOL AN ENTERRAINMENT S. I only go by drive-tru but I do enjoy this location and the food is good and I enjoy passing by whenever I get the chance too but the only bad experience I had was finding a coin in my burger? There was no change to the order and I just found it weird but overall the location is alr from my experience

My order was wrong, and I was told I made the mistake. I repeated my order, since I wanted a plain burger for my doggie, and a reg jumbo jack meal with no cheese. When I pull up, the order was wrong, and the nasty lady manager with her ugly tongue giving me attitude for their mistake. I ask for my money back and she got more annoyed with me. Avoid this place, wasted my time plus gas waiting in line to be insulted and witness they can not follow their own process.
