When I came, they forgot 2 sandwiches in my order, but when I went back after 45 minutes, they still remembered me and my order and helped me! They made me fresh sandwiches AND gave me fresh fries! The staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and kind. I’ll be back for sure

I used a family coupon that I received in the mail. I ordered chicken sandwiches and french fries on a takeout order. The service was very prompt and the server was very friendly. My wife and I were very satisfied with the quality and quantity of this tasty food. We frequently pick-up food in the drive-thru line at this N. Durango-El Capitan location.

The food was delicious and freshly made. The customer service stood out at this location. Adam helped us. I asked for a jack wrap without chicken and with curly fries instead and he did not hesitate to make that happen (It was delicious for my vegetarian friends- you should try it). Both my husband and son really enjoyed their burgers and tacos. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely go back.

This is THE WORST jack in the box. Every other JB would let you make a chicken sandwich w melted cheese and they dont. They wont even sell u a $3 mozz stick individually even tho its meant to be sold that way you have to get it in the box. They never accomodate or anything. Terrible place.
