Another one of my local fast food places that I frequent because of the exceptional coupons that are put in my mailbox, Door Dashing client and I actually like their menu. This location is 24 hours and right off the freeway in Northwest Vegas.As a dasher, when I walk in the store it's clean, the bathroom is accessible without a key or code and the staff recognizes me almost instantly. Even if they are busy they recognize a potential customer.Because I walk in with a brightly colored Door Dash temperature bag, they automatically assume I am coming to pick up an order. They are prompt, the order is usually ready when I get there, and they make their own drinks. I don't have to go to a machine and make the customers drink for the client. When I look at the floor, there isn't any clutter, the tables in the restaurant look well maintained, never walked in and there were remnants of prior customers. The customers that order food for delivery range from fancy upscale homes to apartments in the neighborhood.As a customer, me and my daughter feel like the Cluck chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich in town. The menu has a variety of different things from breakfast to dinner, even late night snack type appetizers. Value menu to more expensive burgers. And the shakes are always top shelf. The staff are always pleasant, even when it looks like the store is pumping out food, they never talk at me. They talk to me and always get my order correct.Because I am driving in my neighborhood, I tend to stop at familiar places to use the potty... Lol this is one of the places where I know I can go to a clean restroom that isn't a public safety concern. Families can let their kids go in there by themselves, as they can secure the door behind them. They always look clean and maintained.Good spot every time I pass thru, and I pass thru quite a bit.
UPDATE: The owner reached out and asked how they could improve. My reply might be you got three out of five stars. That's average. Nothing to be ashamed of. It's Jack in The Box. No one expects you to be healthy or delicious or high quality. People expect a cheap meal that's fast. Embrace what you are, there's more dignity in it.It's a standard jackinthebox...

This is the second time I had ordered from this Jack in the Box for delivery. The food was delivered by Door Dash (did not place order directly DoorDash). My order was missing food for my kids. Contacted the Door Dash, the Driver said that they had picked up what Jack in the Box had ready. Contacted the restaurant and all they did was took my name and said that next time I come in, just ask for the manager and they make the food that was missed for free. This is unacceptable, a refund should be given. This is not how service should be done. Disappointed in these fast food restaurant employees wanting more pay, but can't do their job right.

This specific jack in the box should be shut down. We've seen it closed DURING business hours. On two different occasions as well.. Neither time did they have any sign or anything indicating they were closed. Today we went to get breakfast at 2:30, because Jack in the box prides themselves on serving breakfast all day, and the guy said they aren't serving breakfast. I was irritated so I called another Jack in the box to see if they were and they said, "yes we serve breakfast all day". So avoid this Jack in box location. Completely a waste of time. 0 starts if I could.
These morons have messed up my food every single time I have gone for the last year. EVERY SINGLE TIME. stop hiring incompetent idiots. How hard is it to make something GRILLED instead of fried. Restaurant smells terrible too. All around horrible location. Don't go here.

Wanted to write a review, usually I don't have too many issues with this location in the morning but tonight was just awful service. I ordered a burger combo said easy on the sauce! my sandwich was drinch in heavy mayonnaise. One of the employees says he gave you easy on the sauce. Well lady if that was easy on the sauce I might as well not asked for easy on the sauce not everyone wants a soggy burger. Also did not give me a receipt. Unacceptable!
