Great food and fast pace. Amazing staff. Met this one lady I believe her name was Karen. Beautiful young lady and very nice. Wasn't sure what to order and she advice me to get the jumbo jack. Very delicious by the way. Karen and her staff were very friendly and very fast paced. Very demure if I do say so myself. It's a 5 star for me.

Everytime i come here they forget something. And then today they forgot multiple items and i only caught 1 of them and came all the way home and realized they forgot more than just 1 thing. Go somewhere else
Ordered a #4 with curly fries. I got a #5 with regular fries..
Went to drive thru, asked for a #4 with curly fries, lady said did you say a #5? I said no, I want a #4. She says okay and still gives me a #5.. I received nothing I originally ordered or wanted. These people need to listen better.

DAKOTA has got to be the worst possible person that could be employed at any establishment that requires even the minimum amount of customer service skills. This is the second time I’ve had the absolutely worst experience at this location and both times it was with DAKOTA running the drive thru. Both times DAKOTA intentionally slammed the drive thru window while I was trying to ask a question, except this time he called me an incredibly offensive slur to my face because I had asked if I could change the size of my drink. DAKOTA exclaimed that I was wasting his time and then stared at me while preparing the other drink. DAKOTA turned around with his back facing toward me and looked down towards my drink. I am almost positive that DAKOTA spit in my drink or did something to it because it looked way off. Needless to say that I didn’t drink it and felt so uncomfortable with his attitude and threats that I decided to leave after DAKOTA had already taken my money. JADYN, the shift manager, did nothing to try and resolve the issue. I won’t be going back to that location as long as DAKOTA is employed there. Hard to believe they’ll just let anyone represent their company like this. Especially, people like DAKOTA who have no respect for the people they interact with at their job.

Food is always late and half the time it’s wrong. It does seem to be very similar to other JIB’s. Food tasted good but took 20 minutes to make and serve through the drive thru. This has happened the past 3 times I’ve visited this JIB. All visits have been at random times and not very close together.

Just moved into Rhodes Ranch and went here twice. Both times my order got messed up. also, no Fries with either combo and no reciept in the bag either time.
