i’ve been coming to this jack in the box location for a while now and let me just say Dakota the young man who works here makes this place absolutely phenomenal. he is such an asset to the company. he always double checks my order for me to make sure there’s no cheese as i am allergic to cheese. awesome employee and even greater of a young man.

Food smelled terribile (almost like sulfur, somehow), drive through was very slow(10+ mins)(30+ mins, updated while i am still jn the drive thru line....). Pretty cheap though, compared to a lot of other places

Noooooo condiments. Brought a egg roll. Where is my sweet and sour sauce? Brought tacos. Where's my taco sauce? Ranch? I even called the store because I wasn't able to tell them the stuff I wanted on the app, which I think it's weird that needs to be fixed on uber one for jack in the box.I should be able to give notes but I took it upon myself to call the store.The dude told me he will make sure it's in the bag and guess what? I get nothing. Tried calling before this post but no answer. Inflation is through the roof things are so expensive now.So if i'm going to spend my money on something, I want to at least get my condiments. And enjoy my food. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience, as an Uber driver I'm here picking up an order wait 30 minutes because the cook can't show up at work on time. Wait another 20 minutes after she gets here and she STILL DIDN'T make the order. I don't understand how slow are you guys at this location? To make a combo meal it takes 20 minutes of preparation plus another 20 minutes just to make it? It's 1 am there's no people going through the drive-thru. horrible negative stars honestly.

Don’t trust the employees I went there and got 20 tacos and asked for taco sauce he were very hesitant to even give me any saying it was already in the bag so I asked can I have extra! He ended up giving me like 5 sauces I get home to find not one sauce in my bag so now I only have 5 sauces for 20 tacos this guy acts like he’s having to pay for the sauces that hes giving out! So annoying!
