Just ordered breakfast sandwich jacks and they have a slice of ham instead of sausage so I'm missing half of the food that I ordered
Update. Stupid review process doesn't let me add a second review so I can only add it to this one, there's a long line at the drive-thru and I parked my car to go into the lobby to hopefully save some time but the front doors are locked, there's no sign there's no orange cones to make me understand that the lobby is closed so I have to get back into the drive-thru line and then three cars are ahead of me. Updating this to one stars for every category
Update 22 sept, I'm late for work and I ordered three sausage breakfast jacks and one ham but I got three ham and one sausage but I'm already 15 minutes late for work and they gave me the wrong damn food.

The guy that works here over night never gets the order correct . Making a mistake on two separate occasions okay whatever , but every time he’s at the drive thru is super annoying. Orders aren’t even complicated. Super simple orders just gives wrong items instead.

I went thru the drive thru 5 hours ago on Dec 22 at 2:12pm. I just ordered 2 cheeseburgers for a quick middle meal to tide the kids over. I 100% got food poisoned. My son complained that the hamburger wasn’t cooked all the way. I squirted some ketchup on mine and kept driving. It was almost 2 hrs on the button, my stomach went from ok - to all hell is breaking lose in a matter of minutes. Had not eaten or even sipped on anything else. The lady at the drive thru had an evil ora too!

Ordered 2 spicy chickens plain, waited a half hour in the line to get them, confirmed they were plain with the guy at the window, get the bag and drive off, check just to make sure and they're loaded. Currently going on about another half hour in line to reach the window to correct the order. Pretty much every time I stop at this jack n the box there's a problem with the night crew. Pretty garbage. Go to any other place in the area a.d don't waste your time
