I have lived here 5 years and go to this jack alot! I have had rude employees but my order has never been wrong tonight my entire order was wrong !!! The only thing I got that was right was my 2 larger fries my kids meal came with no nuggets!!! I asked for classic tiny tacos and they gave me loaded the night shift hates their lives and are always in a rush very disappointed

I was in your drive-thru yesterday about 3pm asking the cashier for the price of a combo which I found out later cost $4.49 maybe $5.49. He seemed to be getting frustrated because he wasn't understanding my inquiry. Kept asking me what kind of drink I would like just so he could give me the price. I didn't understand that I needed to tell him the flavor of a drink just to get a price check, so I pulled through the drive-thru and came inside. As I walked by the front window, I saw the price for the combo I was inquiring about. Realized I didn't have enough so I decided on another menu item. The same cashier helped me at front counter. He apologized for the misunderstanding in drive-thru and took my order with efficiency and thanked me for my service. I thanked him for his service and told him to have a wonderful day. He was a sweetie pie about the whole situation. Most cashier's get attitudes, but he maintained his cool and got me out of there with the same mood I had when I first drove up to the drive-thru; in good spirits. Thank him again for me please in case I don't see him there again. I don't come often, but I do come when I have a taste for my Jack!! Have a fabulous day today!!

Just got my order from this place and got home just to see both of the chicken sandwich has no chicken patty..... I feel so disrespected and felt like my food was being rushed over without a second thought and now I'm even more hungry cause now I am pissed.

I think most fast food chain restaurants are hard to rate because if they getting the order right is the standard. That means getting it right does not motivate people to take the time to write a good comment as you would do in a place, such as a restaurant, that you don't know what the standard is.
But, when they get it wrong, it does motivate people to give low ratings and negative comments.
I can only give you an evaluation of the customer experience I receive at this location.
I live very near to this location and visit at least twice a week.
Full disclosure: I order ahead with the app and usually use the drive through to pick up. I have been inside many times, but only to pick up my order, because there are too many cars in the drive through, or I'm picking up food to deliver for Uber Eats. I have never ate in the dining area.
My interactions with team members has been a good one. On every visit the orders have been prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Special instructions have always been followed, including condiment requests.
The grounds outside of the restaurant are free of trash. The inside dining area was always clean every time I have been in there
My suggestion would be to order through the app. That way you cut out the order taker completely, spend less time waiting for the order and also you can earn free food.

Is it really that hard for the employees to follow food Orders? We asked for 2 burgers and 4 tacos, yet there were no tacos in our bag. Terrible place

Went thru the drive thru sat there for a minute the guy says I'll be right with you after about 5-6 mins there's a line forming behind me. I watch as cars drive off so I say hey men you have ppl leaving the guy says to me "man I forgot you were there haha" smh

Lets start with the counther kid is rude was so hight he could not take order then got all wrong.the bathroom was horrible dirty dinning area needs cleaning never will i return all the emplyees need a class in customer service.

Went last night and got the saltiest fries I ever got in my life . Large fries too .
This place is trifling, I ordered a grilled chicken garden salad when I went in there it was three people standing over my food only one person had on gloves I seen two sets of fingers from two different people in my salad while the lady with gloves prepared the salad. I don't understand how you pay $8 for a chicken salad and all they give you is 2 oz of chicken also they tell you that you have to pay for a cup in order to get ice but when you recycle that cup and bring it back for ice they tell you you have to pay for a whole another cup even though it's from their establishment it sounds like they're making their own rules as they go and none of them speak English they act like they don't understand what you're saying when you're telling them you need gloves on their hands when they're prepping already made food and if they're stealing from the customer's by not giving appropriate portions I had double croutons double ranch and no chicken on my salad I'm upset so much so that I'm calling ohsa
