This place is trifling, I ordered a grilled chicken garden salad when I went in there it was three people standing over my food only one person had on gloves I seen two sets of fingers from two different people in my salad while the lady with gloves prepared the salad. I don't understand how you pay $8 for a chicken salad and all they give you is 2 oz of chicken also they tell you that you have to pay for a cup in order to get ice but when you recycle that cup and bring it back for ice they tell you you have to pay for a whole another cup even though it's from their establishment it sounds like they're making their own rules as they go and none of them speak English they act like they don't understand what you're saying when you're telling them you need gloves on their hands when they're prepping already made food and if they're stealing from the customer's by not giving appropriate portions I had double croutons double ranch and no chicken on my salad I'm upset so much so that I'm calling ohsa

I ordered 2 meals, asked for milk as my drink and didn't get any. I also got a Teriyaki bowl and wasn't asked if I wanted extra sauce. My bowl was cold. It seems to depend on what time of day you go there as to what kind of service you get. Oh and while I was waiting on my order there were 2 other customers who had issues with their orders also. They didn't get any resolve either.

Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes. One person spoke to me after 10 minutes. He asked me "what can I get for you?" Before I could answer he walked away. Bagged several orders and didn't come back after 15 minutes waiting to order I just left and went to McDonald's.

I love the food at all Jack in the Box especially the Tacos. I went through the Drive Thru and there was a message on the screen. No one greeted me like how other drive thru establishments are. I said "hello" then finally someone answered and said to hold on. I finally ordered and went to the window and it was horrible compared to other Jack in the Box. Whoever works in drive thru should always welcome the patrons and when ar the window to smile.

I pull up at the store this evening at approximately 10:21 p.m. it takes them 15 minutes to take my order while I'm sitting at the order menu after pulling to the window I'm ask to pay and then ask to back up so they can reset the drive through timer. This is very upsetting considering by doing this it creates a false set of times for quality control because they're asking me to do things that interrupt the proper quality of the food service in an entirety from beginning to end I spent more than 24 minutes with my vehicle running wasting gas at Las Vegas prices . And while waiting in the line I have a homeless young lady touching my car and smacking on my vehicle because the employees asking me to pull forward which I can't because the homeless lady is is in my way. Upon receiving my food and then getting to my home I've found out that not only was the food not even prepared correctly but several items were missing I'm not driving back to the store and dealing with the incident again and This is very unprofessional and I expect some kind of a contact from management and corporate.. leave a message for me in response here and I will contact you directly.
The employees have a good conversation and don't take care of the customers, and when I ask to wash my hands after I order, the restrooms are close, and they don't care, just to go, no cash and with some actitud. This is sucks place. Never come back.

Why do I need to back up behind the red pole every time I go through the drive through??? Every time, after I pay, they always ask if I can back up before the red pole that at the window. Makes me a little suspicious that they don't want me to see what's going on while they're preparing my food ?
