I was in your drive-thru yesterday about 3pm asking the cashier for the price of a combo which I found out later cost $4.49 maybe $5.49. He seemed to be getting frustrated because he wasn't understanding my inquiry. Kept asking me what kind of drink I would like just so he could give me the price. I think most fast food chain restaurants are hard to rate because if they getting the order right is the standard. That means getting it right does not motivate people to take the time to write a good comment as you would do in a place, such as a restaurant, that you don't know what the standard is.
But, when they get it wrong, it does motivate people to give low ratings and negative comments.

I love the food at all Jack in the Box especially the Tacos. I went through the Drive Thru and there was a message on the screen. No one greeted me like how other drive thru establishments are. I said "hello" then finally someone answered and said to hold on. I finally ordered and went to the window and it was horrible compared to other Jack in the Box. Whoever works in drive thru should always welcome the patrons and when ar the window to smile.
